Description of Work: During early May, my wife spoke to Frank to give us a price on painting our kitchen and 2-1/2 ceilings of large size. Frank said he would call us back early June to come over to give us the estimate. He never called. And after we recommended him to interior paint my daughter's new home about 4 months ago in Morganville (4100 sft) at about $9,000, find his not getting back to us UNACCEPTABLE. IF HE DIDN'T WANT THE JOB, just tell us. Don't be disrespectful and keep us hanging. Please Frank!!!! No excuses. Your just simply a fibber and unreliable. GOODBYE.

Description of Work: Frank did show up on time to give me an estimate, however his manner was very crude and he was extremely expensive. I chose not to use him.

Description of Work: I found Frank's Painting on Angie's List after another highly recommended painter in the area never got back to me with an estimate. Frank called me back within 24 hours and gave me an estimate within two days. His crew prepped and painted an 1100-square-foot two-bedroom apartment in just over a week, right on time. They did a fantastic job. Frank promised that the place would look like new, and he was right. They also cleaned up thoroughly, no small consideration when I had to move in two days after they finished. Frank was very professional and easy to deal with--also easy to reach, generally returning e-mails within a couple of hours. Overall, a very positive experience. I plan to use Frank's Painting for some plastering and painting work at my old residence before it goes on the market.
