Franks Painting

I am extremely happy with the work that Frank and his crew did on our condo. Frank was able to do an assessment the DAY I called, he got back with an estimate the next day and we made arrangements to have the work done shortly after. We hired them to paint several rooms and the ended up also repairing some cracks in the ceiling and some cosmetic work on the baseboards and window sills. I am so happy with the result and to top it off, the guys that came over to do the work were incredibly nice and easy-going. Frank came by to inspect the job and made notes to ensure it was done to standard. Very impressed. Will hire them again for my painting needs!

The project went extremely well and I am thrilled with the results of both projects. I would highly, highly recommend hiring Frank's Painting for your home project. Frank was extremely responsive in fitting us into their schedule and working around our timing. He came to our home for our initial estimate as scheduled. After meeting Frank, my wife and I felt very comfortable he would deliver the right solution for us. I initially only discussed having Frank work on our daughter's bedroom. Once we received our initial estimate, I decided to then speak to Frank about adding in our front porch railing work and was able to send him pictures for a quote. I was looking for a painter who not only could paint well but did very high quality wood work and ceiling/drywall/skim coat. Based on reviews on Angie's List, Frank's Painting rose to the top on my list. On the day of my project, Ed and Harold arrived on time and began working on my porch railing. Given the poor condition of the railing, they had to sand it down entirely to the wood and then paint it. After they completed the work, our railing looked brand new and was immaculate. They work they did on it came out perfectly and we couldn't have been happier. For our daughter's bedroom, Frank brought a paint wheel to us so that we could begin deciding on the right color paint. Ed was extremely helpful in helping us to decided and work through finding the right paint color for the room. Ed and Harold began doing the ceiling work. Given the poor shape of the ceiling as it was the original ceiling on our 1935 house, they had to spent significant time and effort in skim coating and doing the plaster work on the ceiling. We also decided on the paint color for the room and Ed and Harold painted the room and did all the trim work including re-painting two built-in beds. The painting they did looked fantastic and came out great. Ed and Harold were truly a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed the process given how helpful they were. Ed told me that after the ceiling dried they wanted to come back again to make sure the paint settled correctly. I contacted Ed a couple of days later and told him there was one spot that had a slight bubble to fix. Ed was expecting this. When he came back to my house, he felt there were a couple of other areas on the ceiling he wanted to also address that I had not pointed out. He told me that he felt the ceiling could look even better if they came back one more time since the original condition of my ceiling was in such bad shape. I think it was the first time in my life that someone I contracted said they would do more work as they felt the finished product could even look better. After they came back to make the final improvements, the ceiling looked brand new to me. The work that Frank's Painting did on my daughter's room and ceiling completely transformed the room. My daughter also absolutely loved the work that Frank's Painting did on her room. She loves how her room came out and it is now even more special given how well it turned out. I would absolutely hire Frank's Painting again. They were truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish and their work quality was superior, especially considering how challenging our ceiling project was. They care about delivering a high quality work product and making sure the customer is very happy with the work they are receiving. Frank's Painting went above and beyond for our project and we could not have been happier with the results.

They did excellent job on all aspect. Frank was very responsive and the person who was in charge at the site was very pleasant to work with and knowledgable. We would hire them again.

We hired Frank's team to strip wallpaper, repair the plaster and paint in our living room, stairway and upstairs hallway. Start to finish, everything was great. Frank visited the house to talk about the work & provided an estimate before the work began. The guys doing the work were both professional, clean and did great work. Frank responded quickly and stopped by for a quote right away. He was able to start within the week and the crew was very polite, worked hard, and did an excellent job. They did all of the needed wall repair and paid attention to the small details that are important when you paint. They finished on time and did a good job cleaning up. We would definitely hire them again.

Frank was great and the work is fantastic. From the beginning he was accommodating to my schedule to get the estimate done, and because we were putting our house on the market (and the painting was the last touch-up we were waiting on) Frank was able to move up the start date and get the job done in record time. The details are great and they even re-touched some of the cracks in our 100 year-old plaster walls. Would definitely hire again.

Frank was very accommodating, and arranged the work so that he could fit my tight timeframe. His team was exceptionally professional and easy to work with, and the job came out great. From start to finish Frank himself was very helpful, consulting about color, ensuring all work was done to my satisfaction, and that the rooms were left clean when his team left. Frank and his assistant did a really good job. Although the cinder block walls in my unfinished basement have an uneven surface, all the walls have been painted, and the basement looks great! Also, Frank was very willing to spend time explaining the different paint options that were available. I would definitely recommend Frank's Painting to family and friends!

If you are in search of a painting professional look no further! The first time I hired Frank was a few years ago to paint just about our entire house and he and his crew did an amazing job. We had so many nail pops that we were thinking the sheet rock needed to be replaced. Upon coming to our house for an estimate Frank told us he could smooth everything out- and it was true. When he was done repairing and painting it was like we had brand new walls. After a few years and a couple of kids we needed some touch up work done. Frank was responsive immediately, came over for an estimate the next day and was able to squeeze us in the following week to get the job done as we were under a time constraint. He again fulfilled all our expectations. His painting is perfection, but he is also responsive, reliable and kind. I would not hire anyone else to paint our home.

Fantastic! Frank's men were prompt, always cleaned up and were respectful and careful of the work area. They were very skilled, especially in the plaster skim coatings as we have a historic home and this 1830 hallway was in very bad shape. Now it looks recently plastered. We felt the price was fair considering the amount of work and difficulty involved. We are immensely pleased with the results and with Frank's Painting. We highly recommend him.

Franks Painting did a great job of repainting our apartment for rental. Frank is an honest and professional contractor. I would definitely work with him again.

We hired Frank twice, once to paint the interior and again to paint the exterior wood trims, and they were terrific both times. He was fair and transparent in terms of pricing, and very accommodating whenever we asked him to fix something. His long-time partner Wilson and crew are courteous and meticulous, and their work product is excellent. We would definitely hire them again at next opportunity.

Frank came out to give me an estimate on work that needed to be done on a house my fiancee and I were purchasing prior to us making settlement. We wanted to get contractors lined up in order to expedite starting the work as soon as we closed on the house. As soon as I met Frank, I could tell he was passionate about what he did and it was not just a "job" to him, but truly an "art". He gave me great suggestions and didn't try to talk me into painting anything that didn't need to be painted. After meeting him, I cancelled appointments with other painters because I knew I wanted to go with him and ultimately I made the right choice. Frank and his guys were fabulous. We thought we were going to have a major problem when we found some electrical snafus at the 11th hour. I communicated back and forth with Frank, who once again was great, and instead of rescheduling until an electrician could get in, his guys removed and capped sconces so that the painting could be done on time. The guys were so punctual (got to the house to paint BEOFRE my fiancee and I on the first day), meticulous, professional and polite. They only took a break for lunch and they left the house spotless. Frank estimated the work would take 2-3d. Around 2.5d when it looked like they might go over and my fiancee had to be out of town on day 4, Frank sent a 4th guy to ensure they finished on time. The only thing that was overlooked was the guys forgot to rehang the blinds in one of the bedrooms. I think it was merely an oversight based on time constraints and I'm sure if I called they would've come back and helped me rehang them (they were a bit confusing, again, 1925 house, odd windows, etc). However, as it worked out, I didn't like them and wanted to replace them so they actually did me a favor by leaving them down! We constantly get compliments on the exquisite painting that was done and have recommended Frank and his crew to many people. I can not say enough good things about Frank's Painting!! I would not hesitate to use Frank's Painting in the future when we are ready to paint the rest of our home.

Wonderful. Quick and worry-free. The crew was fantastic. They answered all of my questions and were responsive to my concerns (of which there were few).

Frank and his team did an excellent job on our kitchen walls and ceiling (as well as a half bath). Wilson patiently answered our questions and the guys were prompt in arriving and thorough in doing their work. There were a lot of challenges that required Sheetrock, skim coating and finally painting. We are very pleased with the results. We plan on calling them again.

It went very well. Very professional & the crew was very pleasant. There was a miscommunication & Frank came out to correct it after the job was done & we had payed. Very impressive.

The one thing that my husband said is the reason he is giving them a B is because they painted some of the windows shut. He had to go out there and he had a light with the knife and cut the paint so we could open the window. That is pretty elementary. I wouldn't exactly rush back to use them again. The actual paint job is holding up nice, it is just the details that weren't paid attention to. He came on a timely basis. It wasn't like they were late or anything. They came here quick and were on time. They were professional.

Frank came out a few days after I called for an estimate, very fast and very reliable. Once I signed the contract, I was fit in to the schedule immediately., The guys came out to repaint my basement and spackled 10 years of terrible wear and tear (and a poor original job to begin with). The spackling took most of the time as the basement wasn't in great condition. They finished within the time frame and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you so much! The basement looks like new again!

Frank and his guys did a great job and we could not be happier with the results. Very professional and they made it a very easy process. We would recommend them to anyone and gladly will use them again for our next drywall and painting jobs.

We are happy with the job that was done by Frank's painting. First day they repaired/sanded the walls that was damaged by the previous tenant and the 2nd and the 3rd day they painted. We are pleased with the result. They did a great job overall and didn't leave anything after the work. I asked some specific things/details before the work and they respected everything that was asked. Always on time and the workers were nice. We'll definitely hire them again in the future.

This is my third time using Frank's painting. They are courteous, polite and they do a great job! I was amazed how they were able to fix the cracks in my ceiling. They not only did a great job, but they cleaned up beautifully. The last job they did was an entire bedroom.....that was 2 years ago.....the room still looks perfect. We were so happy with the performance we decided to use them again after our recent kitchen remodel.
