Franks Painting

Frank’s team did and excellent job addressing major problems (cracks, nicks, holes) with our plaster and sheetrocked walls, ceiling and trim. They smoothed all defects and did an impeccable job painting many rooms in our home as well as our stair case. They were on time and thorough - easy to work with and a friendly dependable team. We would hire them again - in fact we already had them come back to tackle a few other small projects both interior and exterior.

We just purchased our first home and the interior needed to be painted. We also wanted it to look great. Based on reviews my wife and I decided to hire Franks painting. Saying it went great, amazing, or anything just would be an understatement. The crew was excellent, on time, clean, and very professional, from Frank, James, Sergio, and the men. To everyone out there, if you are reading this look no further. Worth the money for good quality work. Hire these guys!!

Arturo did a great job, on time , excellent painter and overall a nice person. Frank came to the house and gave me the estimate explaining all the work they were going to do . Frank and his crew were excellent. Their prices were very reasonable for the quality of worked performed. They plastered and repaired the walls beautifullly. Frank also helped me determine the right shades that would work best based on lighting. Hire a painter can be a crap shoot but I really lucked out with Frank Not only did everything come out great they were so neat and offered to come back if after the movers came in I needed a touch up I highly recommend them. The pictures I have don’t tell the real story the walls are beautiful

Excellent job all around. We recently had some walls and closets rearranged in our living room. Problem was the texture on the new portions didn't match the existing wall finish. Painting "as-is" would only have highlighted the differences. Frank and his team came in and did a skim coat of spackling on the wall to blend the two textures. Once painted, it was a completely seamless transition between the old and new. The room looks great.

Frank and his team were top notch. Frank and his crew took their time and made sure everythibg was perfect. They repaired our walls and even fixed things I didn't ask them too. They are proactive, service oriented, wonderful people. Not to mention our home is beautiful now! I could not possibly recommend Frank enough!

It went well. The painters even worked Saturday in order to complete the job before my movers were scheduled to come.

It was easy to work with Frank and his team. We wanted the work started asap and he was very quick with an estimate and then started the next day. He asked for a 1/3 of the money upfront and the rest after it was completed. The painters that showed up very very professional and courteous. I would absolutely work with this company again...

Frank and his team painted the interior of our entire home. They did a great job! Frank was always available and responsive and I would hire him again without question.

Frank and his crew were great. I've used Frank several times in the past and was always happy with his work. He also just painted an office for me. He painted over paneling and the room looks amazing. He is very professional, always on time, fair priced, and cleans up when done. The bedroom and ceiling look great. I already will be booking Frank for my next job in a few months.

It all went really well. After I called, Frank came out promptly to look at what I needed done and he quickly came back with a price. The price was reasonable, and he was available to start the following week! I was pleased considering that some contractors I had contacted never bothered to get back to me. Initially there were a couple small hitches with his crew, but these were resolved by my keeping an eye on things and communicating what I expected. One of his guys initially painted some windows without opening them, but fortunately I caught it and opened the windows before the paint dried. (There is one window that has a window air conditioning unit permanently installed - I told the guy _that_ window does not open, perhaps he thought I didn't want the other windows to open either? Although that would be a strange assumption that anyone would want windows painted shut.) Also this painter initially, didn't want to remove some unneeded brackets from a old window shade no longer in use - when I asked, he said he was concerned removing them would leave holes in the window frame. I said that it might leave holes, but he could caulk or spackle them. I discussed these 2 issues both with the crew and with Frank, the business owner, and things were easily resolved. Frank is extremely attentive and gives superb customer service. So the issues were addressed and the crew did exactly what I wanted done. Frank's crew does great work, but sometimes a bit of extra communication was required at the start of the job. That wasn't a problem as I could see that overall the guys took pride in their work. And they cleaned up after themselves - much appreciated. Frank's price was very fair for the amount of work involved. He is excellent at staying in touch and monitoring the progress of the job.

Afterward, he took his time and explained in details what was required. He was patient and understanding as we berated him with questions and reassured us on some of the more finer details we asked to repair like some areas around the grates and surfaces that were more visible with damage. The job was done way ahead of schedule. He asked for a week but took less than 5 days to finish every single room. His team was very professional and friendly, arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was done. Frank came over afterward to inspect the job and help install a mirror in the bathroom. Finally, he texted me back a few days after to ensure that we were still satisfied. All in all, I highly recommend Franks Painting.

Frank and his team handled the painting our townhouse we are getting ready for sale. He was great at making suggestions of types of paint to use, and working with us for some areas where we had existing paint. His team did an excellent job making our walls look smooth and new. The trim work they did was beautiful and the place is going to hit the market looking great!

This was our 3rd time hiring Frank and his crew. The first time we hired Frank it was to paint our first home, the second to touch up his work before the sale of our house and lastly for our new home. It was a no brainer hiring Frank to paint our house. We knew we could expect a high quality job, at a fair price and a completed within a good time frame. The project started the day of move in. They were able to get the large front rooms completed quickly, so that by the time our new furniture arrived all we had to do was put the new items in their proper places. He also repaired our sun room that had water damage around the skylights and needed a fresh coat of stain because the wood had been dried out. During this time we were also having a chimney removed, which the crew had to work around and did so with ease. We did run into an issue as with many construction projects, it was not completed in the time frame originally projected. The crew recognized this and Frank came in during the project to check on the progress. He was amazing and understanding in rescheduling and also making some recommendations on people to hire to do additional framing etc that needed to be completed. Frank actually had to stop work on our home for a week and came back when the chimney area was completely sealed up from top to bottom. The painters also pointed out to us that our family room and kitchen (which had been separated by the chimney) had textured ceilings, which would not match once the chimney was removed. They told us if we wanted the ceiling to look seamless, they recommended a process called skim coating. We decided to get it done and were very happy with the results. With a large great room it would have looked ridiculous with mismatched ceilings. Apparently, many people opt not to do so because of the extra cost, but are disappointed when the project is completed. If this is recommended to you I would tell you to get it done. As the project was nearing the end the crew was very good and asked us to look around with detail to see if there was anything they may have missed or needed to be touched up. They actually even helped us repair a recessed light that our roofers had pushed through the ceiling. I can't say enough about the work that Frank does, but also the fact that I would never have to worry about him showing up or putting trust in his staff. They were always kind, courteous, respectful and timely; qualities that are priceless when you hire contractors. Hire Frank's Painting and you will not be disappointed. Once we hired them the first time my husband and I vowed never to paint our own home again.

I am thrilled with the job Frank's team did. The guys were professional, paid incredible attention to detail and even did a couple of extra things for me. My house looks amazing!

We were so happy with the work Frank's team did on a previous job of wallpaper removal, patching and painting that we hired them a 2nd time to do the same upstairs! Eddie & Harold did a very professional job and we are thrilled with the results. They go above and beyond making good suggestions and getting all the details right. Will definitely hire them again when we are ready to do more painting work at the house.
