Franks Painting

It went very well. Painters were on time and did a really good job. Very professional, clean and neat. Slight bubble in paint was repaired a few days after final payment but was repaired immediately and well. Great customer service.

Very professional, punctual, and responsive to all our needs. We wanted to freshen up the rooms of our fixer-upper and repair badly chipped paint on a portion of our exterior overhang. Frank coordinated with us about his team's progress before and at all times during the job. The rooms look terrific, and we're very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely refer Frank's Painting to friends.

Frank and his team were a pleasure to work with. I had a lot of questions, and Frank didn't hesitate to respond to answer them-- whether by phone, email or in person. Overall, I found Frank to be trustworthy, responsive, helpful, and thorough. We were very impressed by the professional, excellent work.

Frank called called back within an hour of calling him. We set a time to meet and he was right on time which was appreciated since I work full time. I received an estimate the next day and Frank told me he would contact me when he could begin work. He accommodated my schedule of working on the premises over a weekend. His workers showed up on time and worked diligently. They did a superb job. I will use his company next spring when I paint my own house.

I have used Frank's Painting twice. The first time to paint all the rooms in my home. They were great, came on time, moved the furniture, covered everything and were very neat. They did the work well and were helpful in patching up the walls and making sure that the finished product came out great. The second time was to paint my kitchen after it was remodeled and they came with two workers and finished in one day. What a treat and it was done very well. I would highly recommend them if you want interior painting done right.

We contacted Franks Painting for a quote to paint the interior of our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. He responded very quickly and we started a dialogue immediately. We didn't have access to the apartment since our lease hadn't started yet, but Frank was able to provide a quote based upon a printout of the apartment layout. We felt the quote provided was fair given other quotes we were seeing here on Angie?s List for similar jobs, which was to paint 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. We had a tight schedule to get the job done and Frank was very flexible with the scheduling of the job and finished the agreed upon work on time and on budget. The apartment was spotless after they finished and we were very happy with the work his crew performed. We would definitely use Franks Painting again for future work.

Frank was absolutely fabulous about correspondence. Unlike many contractors I've working with, he not only showed up on the day discussed but also in the time frame discussed. I live across the country from my NJ house and my aunt had to act as my proxy. He kept us both in the loop regarding start date and progress once they were working on the house. He quoted about two weeks for the project and finished up in just over one. He was at the site several times to oversee the work and meet with my aunt, but his foreman was on-site daily, obviously good at his job, very nice, and also a good communicator. My aunt did point out just a couple of details than may have been missed if she wasn't there to check on the work, but the response was always a resounding "Yes! Of course!" and then the work was done with wonderful results. I recommend having someone there on the start date (as well as to check on details during the job and as a final check.) I needed some trees trimmed for them to have access to the house and I'm glad my tenant was there to oversee the process. I was extremely concerned that the work would not be done well because I wasn't actually living in the house, but my fears were quickly put to rest. They did a great job and cared about their work. I received several quotes before choosing Franks. Frank was the only contractor to actually visit the house and provide the estimate on the day arranged. The quote was reasonable and once the contract was signed, the pricing was firm. He stayed true to everything he promised. I would definitely recommend Franks Painting and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Everyone was obviously aiming to please, which they very much succeeded in doing. They have restored my faith in there being good contractors in the world. My house went from looking weathered and crumbling at the seams to looking fresh, vibrant and beautiful. Use them!

Frank was extremely responsive and flexible with our difficult schedule. He was even able to fit us in earlier than scheduled which worked even better for us. On the day service was performed, he showed up on time and explained exactly what his worker, Wilson, would be doing. He gave an approximate time frame in which the work would be completed. All went as planned. Wilson was friendly, professional, and respectful while working in our home. We were extremely happy with the job Frank's Painting did. The room looks fantastic and we will absolutely be using him again for additional rooms in the near future. Frank provided the best customer service of all the providers we spoke to. He was a pleasure to work with and had a competitive price. We HIGHLY recommend him!

Frank was very prompt in returning my calls and coming over to provide an estimate. I had to wait a few weeks before he could do the job, since he was very busy. But he kept informed along the way of when he would be able to start the job. He and his crew did a very good job. They were very efficient and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Frank was also able to accommodate a last minute request to paint a walk-in closet. This is the second time that I have used Frank's Painting. I would definitely use them again in the future and refer this company to friends.

Frank and his team did a fantastic job; worked from early morning through the evenings and weekends to get the job done in 2 weeks. His guys were extremely nice and very professional, thorough and careful with every detail - we have moldings in almost every room and chose 2 different paint colors for each room (except for the living room, den, and bathrooms). Not only did they paint, but they sanded all of the ceilings and walls, removed all of the built-in shelves and repaired all of the subsequent wall damage. Additionally, he was able to create a box covering within a few hours of discovering a ventilator in the corner ceiling (that no one knew about until the built-in shelf was removed). He is very resourceful and reacts quickly. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The rooms look amazing and subsequent contractors that came to the house afterwards all asked who we used to paint the house. I will definitely use Frank's Painting again for any future jobs. Highly recommend!

Know what you want done and he will do it. The results were very good. Use a primer for the first coat, with twq finish coats

It went very well. Frank is extremely responsive , courteous and professional and his crew did a terrific job. When challenges emerged he was quick to point out solutions rather than problems. Frank and his painters were fantastic! Frank was by far the most responsive painter that we reached out to. He was very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and worked with us on our job start date. The rooms painted look amazing, the crews were incredibly nice, efficient, and professional. Frank's painting will be our go-to painter for any future jobs we have. Highly recommended!

Frank and his workers did a great job on the painting throughout our house. they were clean and timely and easy to work with. now i am just mad that i didn't use them sooner!

Frank was very professional and courteous via the phone. We set up an appointment, but then called to see if he could come earlier, as his schedule allowed. He was on time, and very professional. He provided an estimate with 24 hours. The only reason I did not use him as another painter came in with a lower estimate, but I would certainly consider Frank for future jobs.

Frank made an appointment with me for an estimate. He never showed up and never called. Very unprofessional. I left work early to make sure I'd be here on time. I understand if he got stuck on a job, but he could have called. I would never call him again.

We realized it was a fairly minor job and we told Frank we would be flexible with the timing. Frank agreed to do the work and then made one excuse after another over the next two months for not showing up. He finally called and said he was coming the next morning but we told him no one would be home the next day. We told Frank if he gave us a few days notice we would make arrangements around his schedule. We never heard from him again. Completely unprofessional.

At this point I would have to grade them an F as they didn't return my call. We decided to go with someone else.

Frank came in and gave us an estimate as well as a time frame to complete work. He was very cooperative, and worked with our other contractors to get us moved in on schedule. we were so pleased with the job that we kept adding projects which needed to be done. The painters were always pleasant and completed the job as requested. We had the entire interior of our house painted, as well as a large amount of trim work done. Will absolutely use Frank in the future!

I had a great experience using Frank's Painting. Frank was responsive. He came to my family's house in early May to provide an estimate for painting the walls, ceilings, closet doors, and trim in a bedroom (approximately 12x10). We purchased a deal on Angie's List - 12x12 room for $500. Frank sent a painter to our house Thursday, June 20th. Work was completed in a day. We were very happy with the completed job, and there weren't any cost overruns. We would recommend Frank's Painting to family & friends in the future. Thank you!

They were very professional and very clean. They got here when they said they were gonna get here and they didn't offer anything. They did nice job and the price they charge is right.

It was okay. We needed a little more help with actual design and color selection. He seemed to be very busy with other projects and was not too enthusiastic. We didn't feel there was much personality. He was nice, but not the right fit for us.

Frank's workers were excellent. They worked non-stop and were motivated, friendly, and attentive to detail. A few problem areas were pointed out, and they immediately corrected them without any attitude. We were so pleased with their work!

It did not go at all. I stayed at work until after 5:30PM for a 5:00 PM appointment and no one showed up, nor did they call to cancel or re-schedule. Not cool.
