The work was fantastic and came out better than we hoped. This was the second time we used Frank and it was a great experience again. They were punctual and took good care of our belongings. We would use them again.

We had a very tight schedule, so Frank had only a few day's window to start and finish the job. Not only did Frank keep his promise, he did the job in a very professional way: high quality, cleaned up thoroughly after job.

It went far better than I expected. The work was completed on time and within the estimate. Frank supplied the paint we specified all within the price the workmanship and suggestions along the way we're quite helpful and spot on. Great job by frank all around. The project was estimated to take seven days , it was completed in five days which included working on Saturday Sunday. He also installed new smoke detectors that we purchased at no cost to us. Very very helpful helpful and customer centric. We can't say enough good things about the project. Frank cares!!the job was completed within the $5'500 estimate

This is the second time I have called Frank to do painting work for me. I priced the work out to 2 other painters and Frank was the most competitive. He was very busy when I signed the contract so it took a few weeks before he could put us on his schedule. Frank's men did a great job skim coating walls in a bedroom and hallway and the paint looks great. While many people think they can do paint work themselves, hiring a real skilled professional for skim coating and detailed trim work makes a huge difference. Overall, Frank and his guys did a fantastic job and I absolutely will call them again in the future.

Frank was excellent at responding to inquiries, providing a detailed estimate and then doing exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. His team was professional and cooperative. Could not have been more pleased with experience.

I was quite concerned about the timing, as I was flying in from TX to help my mother get the area ready for the repair work. I mentioned to Frank a couple of times that I had an unrefundable airline ticket, so the job had to be undertaken when we scheduled it and had to be completed on time. He was very willing to work with me regarding schedule and called several times before the job to confirm the date and details. The workman was punctual and professional, and did the work in half the time originally estimated! he cleaned up after himself, and was out of there with a job extremely well done. He'd even corrected a mistake made by an earlier workman. My mother and I were very pleased with the work.

They were very good and we enjoyed their service. They were very responsive to any questions that we had.

I contacted the owner via the Angie's website messaging service and arranged for an assessment appointment for the damage done to my ceiling. The owner was responsive and professional during our initial contacts and even during the assessment appointment. When I contacted him stating the roof had been fixed and he could start amending the damaged ceiling inside the house, he stated that he was currently working on an outside project for several weeks but that my ceiling would only take two or three days to fix and therefore, he would perform it on a rainy day in between the current outside job he was handling. I agreed to those terms. Several weeks passed where consistent days of rain were forecast and I anticipated him to contact me to schedule a day to get the work done. I didn't hear from him and I followed up via phone and email to inquire on when the work would get started. He kept stating he would come do the work on a rainy day each time I contacted him. I have waited almost three months and to date, he has failed to contact me with a starting date and has not responded to the recent email regarding the status of when he would start the anticipated work. If he is a good painter, I certainly could not judge his workmanship because he failed to give me a start date and kept me waiting for months, when I could have hired someone else to do the work in the meantime. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and unresponsiveness I received after agreeing to hire him for the job.

What I like about them: - Quick response for the assessment and estimation: Within a day or two - Pragmatic and professional advice: Candidly suggested what is needed and what is not needed, recommended colors - Quality materials and quality craftsmanship: Simply the right stuff (Benjamin Moore Regal), and they really knew painting - Competent, professional and courteous crew: They are friendly and happy, even show my girl how to paint properly - Efficient and accommodating: Can-do/Will-do attitude, came in early and left late at night, worked during weekend too Let's be realistic: If you are looking for someone wearing white gloves tiptoeing in white socks at your home cleaning your walls with a dustbuster before painting it with bristle brush then you should go somewhere else. However, if you simply want someone to help you painting your home nicely in the colors you like without bankrupting your saving account then this is the right team. Just like any other human beings, they are not always perfect - sometimes they will miss a spot here and there, once you told them they will fix it right away - literally we turned our head into another room and it was fixed. Frank also did a final walk-through with us to make sure we are satisfied with the job, his crew clean up the place nicely after the job and put the extra paints in the basement. Will I use them again: YES Will I recommend them: YES (Actually introduced them to two of my friends)

Excellent work. I was very pleased and would definitely hire Frank and his team again. We hadn't yet moved into the house and wanted some interior painting done beforehand. They let themselves in without us there, completed the job when they said they would, and followed up to make sure we were pleased. All of the rooms were brightly painted and required primer and several coats, and they did a really lovely job. They also cleaned up nicely after themselves. Reliable and professional.

Frank painted wainscoting, trim and spokes on an older home we own. His team worked over a weekend because the house is a professional building and he was able to accommodate the weekend request. The spoke work was painstaking and they did a very careful job. I then brought him in to paint the interior of our house - a living room, very large bathroom and a small bathroom. He also repaired ice dam damage we had had in a walk-in closet and painted it as well. We then hired him a third time to paint the exterior of our house. The paint job is excellent, his workers very pleasant and hard working. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Frank' company for both interior and exterior work.

Frank and his painters were on-time, very friendly, and very professional. They accommodated any additional information or requests very rapidly and readily and transformed the look of our house. This is our third job done by Frank and his painters, and we highly recommend their work.

Frank was very responsive and polite, and his crew was able to come out within a week of giving us an estimate. They accomodated our requests for additional work that same day, and at a very reasonable price. The job was done well and very efficiently. I would definitely use Frank's company again.

Frank called me back the day after I left him a voicemail. He provided a price the same day he stopped by and said he could start that week. We still had to pick colors so we were not ready immediately. He started the next week and completed the work in 4 days. His crew was very courteous and professional. I would call Frank again for future painting needs. The one minor item I noticed after his crew left was that the cabinet doors he painted were not re-installed exactly right. It is a minor adjustment I may be able to do myself.

Summary: Frank and his guys were amazing. The quality of the work was great, he speed and cleanliness even better. We'd stupidly done the floors before we did the walls, but his guys worked so clean, there wasn't a spot of paint anywhere there wasn't supposed to be. And the colors Frank helped us pick out worked PERFECTLY. It's transformed entirely rooms that had felt closed and oppressive into places so light and airy... Best money spent on the house to date. Further details of why Frank was awesome: So we had large holes in textured plaster from the previous owners. Frank (as well as everyone else we talked to) candidly told us that trying to match the texture would never work exactly, not with the size of the holes we were talking about. So (completely misunderstanding what we were asking for) we asked him to skim coat that ONE wall. He gave us a quizzical look, then agreed and quoted a great price. Well, his guy did a great job, but when we saw that ONE wall was now smooth plaster and the other three were textured... Well I called Frank and he explained that this is actually EXACTLY what we asked for... and then proceeded to apologize in not pushing back harder when we asked for it and making certain we really knew what we were asking him to do. At which point he offered to do the other three walls at cost! The walls are now perfectly smooth, and we like them so much better it's not even funny. That level of service, concern for his customers, and professionalism was demonstrated throughout our experience with Frank. I'm planning to hire him again to do the rest of the house, and when it comes time to do the exterior, I'm calling him again. Thanks for helping me find him, Angie's List, but now that I have, I don't need you to send me info on any other painters now!

frank and his crew are wonderful. the foreman,wilson, and his assistant,mumfred did four bedrooms,two bathrooms,living ,dining room,stairway and hall. all look fabulous!!! in april, when the weather is a bit warmer they will be returning to do our family room ,deck and most of the outside of the house. I would highly recommend franks painting service .the men took great care with our furniture and breakables. hiring frank and his crew was a great decision on my part.

Frank reached out after the first estimate was too much for me to handle so we reduced the work area to just the kitchen. After we agreed on a new plan he came right away and finished the job in 2 days. Wilson, who actually did the job was professional, cordial, clean and good, followed all instructions exactly and even came back to finish a detail after full payment.

It went very well. They were fast and efficient.

Frank's guys (two of them) started on a Monday and finished on Saturday. The rooms came out great! They were clean--no paint on the floors. His bid was significantly lower than the other painters that we got a quote from. The quote he gave us from the beginning was what we paid. There were no hidden costs.

I am not very happy with the painting job. There are some spots where only one coat of paint was applied and I can see the previous paint color through it. Also there are some areas that are sloppy and not as neat as I expected. Overall I am disappointed especially for the price.

Frank and his team were very good to work with. He quoted the job and was very strict to his time line which was really nice to have. The work was high quality work and we would use his team and services again.

Very pleased with Frank's Painting. Frank was very responsive and flexible when we had to reschedule the painters after they already showed up to do work. The painters were quick, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterwards. Price was very reasonable and we would recommend Frank's Painting to others.

Frank's crew basically came and did a professional job. However, we had little time to research (as we were moving in) and had to act fast. Consequently, we didn't realize until after the job was done that the price was ultimately (to us) too high for the work completed. They definitely needed to do a bit of ceiling repair in one of the rooms and repair some wallpaper damage to another, but this was basically a paint job (albeit, with one room that was originally a darker color requiring probably multiple coats of paint to make it pink), and I'm sure a few customary repair-tweaks here and there, etc. We also considered omitting the painting of the large radiator which we'd ask that he clean up and cover with heat-resistant white paint and were told that it would only take $50 off the total price. This struck us as a bit disingenuous - like he wanted to ensure that he'd still get as close to the total quoted price of $3000+ as possible. Finally, despite having initially met with Frank himself, it felt strange to us that he didn't participate in the actual job at all - it was handled entirely by his "anonymous"-seeming workers (who I should in fairness still add certainly equated themselves professionally and worked hard). We feel like we generally prefer contractors who actively supervise what those working under them are actually doing, and it felt a bit hands off. One of their workers also accidentally broke a wall mirror in the course of painting one of our rooms. Frank was hands on in this case in that he went to a store and sent a picture of a replacement window for our approval; however, it definitely wasn't a match and felt (to us) like a less elegant and cheaper mirror (I mentioned to him that we'd prefer if possible a similarly frameless one like the one they broke, but he went ahead and bought the less appealing framed one). The overall experience, therefore, somehow left a slightly bad taste in the mouth, despite the fact that the actual work completed was acceptable (albeit with the price seeming too high).
