Falletta Masonry

I hired Falletta Masonry to take on a project most masons turned down. I was told by other companies that they didn't want to take on the responsibility of fixing a foundation wall. Falletta Masonry did not hesititate to come in and take on the job. We had a foundation wall with serious structural issues, even having to hire a Structural Engineer to make drawings to resupport this wall. I was at a point where everyone turned down the job or provided a extremely high number to do it. it was crucial the work was done to the engineers report for township inspections. Falletta Masonry did everything to perfection. We passed all inspections and were able to sleep better knowing this major issue was corrected. I can't praise this company enough and highly recommend to all.

Took quite awhile to schedule..but once scheduled they followed through. Many companies I contacted would not do a small job. They do.

Initial communication was great! I contacted them through Angie's List. They set up a time to come out for an estimate. That time came and went and they didn't arrive. I contacted them on Angie's List to see if they were still coming. They responded right away and apologized that they were on a job and were running a little late. No problem. I understand things happen. I was close by, they said they'd let me know when they were on their way. But then they never contacted me back on Angie's List OR by phone. They just never showed up. I thought they would realize their mistake the next day or so, but they never did.

Superior workmanship combined with affordable pricing and great customer service. Took the time to thoroughly and clearly point out issues, and came up with solid solutions. I would highly recommend them.

The patio turned out beautiful - expert craftsmanship. I would definitely hire him again for another project.

Anthony and his workers were very professional and did a great job, the blue stone and brick complement the house beautifully. True craftsmen.

The front steps in the house we just bought were crumbling and Anthony got back to is really quick with an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and was able to look at picture and identify exactly what needed to be done. Knowing that it was a safety issue, Anthony made time to squeeze our project, even though he was scheduled weeks out. He also made recommendations on brick color to match the front of the house. The crew arrived on time, got to work, and obviously had skilled hands. Instead of rushing the job, they also identified a problem with the footings and made sure to repair it before building up the steps. Finally, Anthony made sure to follow up after the project was completed to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Honestly I wish I could post before and after pictures to show the transformation.

The concrete slab went very well. The work was done quick and efficiently. Great Job. The fireplace took a little longer than expected but I think partially from a delay in getting the materials. Overall it came out great and when the work was started it was completed quickly. WE love it and are very happy with the results.

Workers were very friendly and answered all my questions while working. They came and got it done fast and very neatly. Came on time, did a thorough, clean job in less time than I expected. A great contractor to work with.

Anthony was very prompt when coming out for the estimate. Was very detailed in the work to be done. Also railings needed to be replaced and he was able to recommend someone to do the work. The crew showed up on time and while the work took several days I was extremely happy with the results. There was attention to detail and extra effort to the point of being able to save a bush that had been growing next to the porch. They also did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. The work was done on my mothers house and she also was very happy with the way the front steps came out. Also it was nice that they were able to match the brick work with that of the chimney.

Overall, their work is excellent. The basement window wells look great, and gives me great peace of mind to know they're fixed. The driveway work was very well done, and with minimal disruption. The actual work itself was very well done, and I have no issues with the end result. I got multiple compliments from neighbors and passers-by on how good the driveway looks. I would use them again for work I needed done, BUT I would definitely have my eyes more wide open, as detailed below. My one big complaint was that there was a permit/zoning issue that I believe Falletta should have seen coming. The zoning department in my town came by while they were actually paving the driveway, and made us prove that the driveway was not changed in any way, just a direct replacement. We needed to prove that a permit wasn't required for the work. Took quite a bit of time (and an additional $500 for an updated survey of my property) to resolve. I realize that legally this is my responsibility as a property owner, but I would have hoped that Falletta would have at least given me a "by the way, just check with your town permit office and make sure what their rules are." It would have saved a LOT of hassle and back and forth. Falletta did resolve the issue, but it took constant prodding on my part to get the issue resolved. My other noted issue was that the driveway repave kept getting pushed back. Part of it was weather related, but this was pushed back for a few months. I felt that I was on the back burner on their schedule. This process was initiated in late Spring, and the actual repave wasn't done until Sep 17th. It was strange, because the basement window wells were done quickly, no fuss, no muss, so it was surprising that the driveway took so long. As noted above, I would use them again, but keep in mind that zoning and permits are the owners problem legally. It would just have been nice had Falletta given me the heads up.

We were pleased with the job completed by Falletta Masonry LLC. Anthony was very professional and easy to talk to - he listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and outlined the work we needed done accurately. Anthony is very responsive and we loved the fact that he followed up with us from start to finish. The workers for Falletta Masonry were skilled and very respectful - they showed up on time and worked diligently. They had the old steps removed quickly and did not leave the front of our home looking messy. The quality of their work is very impressive - We love the new steps! Keith and Vanessa Patterson

20 Min Response Time. Great Communication, they kept me informed from the minute they arrived until the job was complete. (I was at work.) I would definitely call them again!

Was contacted the day after receiving a foot of snow- answered instantly and was able to assist immediately. Incredibly professional and thorough- would absolutely refer and hire again.

They did a good job, and i was happy when they completed the work, But they should have supervised their work having damaged my gate, but they paid for it and that was great.

The work itself was excellent, the people who did it were nice and the work itself was done quickly. My only issue is the work was supposed to be done at a particular time that passed with no one arriving or calling. From there it felt like I had to keep calling to find out when the work would start. In the end the delay was a week or so, and not the end of the world. I understand that the company is extremely busy, but brief e-mails or quick calls to keep me updated on the delay would have been appreciated.

Once the project started everything went smoothly. Took a bit for them to come our after approximate start date but went smoothly.

Anthony and his team did a very good job. They removed and replaced the porch and steps. Anthony was careful to select bricks that would match the existing bricks on the house and also ensured the paver walkway was elevated as needed to meet flush with the new steps. He recommended limestone treads for the new steps and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The project met all of our expectations. The only down side was waiting for his availability but I have learned that good contractors are worth the wait. I recommend Anthony Faletta Masonry if you need masonry work.
