Description of Work: He came to the house on May 5 and was given an email address to send an estimate. After a month, when it had still not arrived, we called him. He said he had begun to work on the estimate and would send it on. It is now two months later and we have never received any email or call from him. We found another mason.

Description of Work: Anthony wanted another $800 to do the job. We decided to take another direction, did not use. Anthony said that he would refund my $299 - have not seen the check yet.

Description of Work: Falletta Masonry demolished my aging brick porch and stairs and rebuilt a new porch and stairs. They did a beautiful job for a fair price. I would use them again.

Description of Work: very happy with the service Anthony and his crew provided. so if there were a couple things they could have suggested to make the job better such as moving fence posts in the driveway before pouring the concrete. Concrete is expensive ... but they did a good job.

Description of Work: I would absolutely use this service again. They were a little hard to pin down on when they could do my job. But when they showed up they did the job better then I expected.

Description of Work: This evaluation was difficult as in some ways they were excellent and others left much to be desired. My neighbor and I decided to have our cement patios replaced with pavers at the same tine with the same provider. Anthony gave the best information for what was needed. In the process we needed to replace the drain pipes running under the patio and garden to the road.. Anthony explained why we needed to replace the whole length rather than join it to the original pipe in the garden which is a different size. All this while giving us a less expensive estimate. He met us at the supplier and was very helpful in guiding us through our choice. He suggested taking a sample home to see if we really liked it. There was a delay in getting the ones I selected as they were not in stock so that I could not get a sample to see if this was the right choice. I did not receive satisfactory information as to the reason for the delay and do not know if the lack of information was the fault of the supplier or Anthony's. I tried to expedite the resolution by volunteering to go to the manufacturer and was told by Anthony that they deal only with contractors or suppliers. Laying the foundation for the pavers and placing them was excellent and better than I observed when neighbors had their patios replaced. When the work was completed, I noticed what looked like the gray fine materials used for the foundation by the curbstones. I assumed it was sand that it would be washed away with the rain. When it was not, I looked closely and saw it was the foundation. I called Anthony to have it finished off. (I chose a salmon colored paver, my neighbor a gray one. She also has the gray foundation by her curbstone, but it is not as obvious due to the color.) He never retuned to correct it. At first he said The weather needed to be warmer, but did not return when it got warmer. He has a real problem with communication and follow through. Throughout the process, he did not return calls and I was only able to talk with him if he answered the telephone. I was pleased with the pavers, my only complaint is with the edging and lack of response to messages left. He also put a lawn sign up after I told him the Condo Association did not allow them and has not returned to pick it up. I told him we could discuss the next step to finishing off the patio at that time. The sign is still in my garage. Note: he is polite and nice on the telephone when you reach him, but does not follow through on promises. |Note the cost of the service did not include the cost of the pavers. | | |

Description of Work: they fixed a line on the basement wall, then charged me for another one which is part of the first fix without telling me there is an extra charge for that.

Description of Work: I had to call a number of times to have Anthony come out to do an estimate, first time he forgot to show up. He did end up coming out but then we never heard from him to schedule an appointment. I called him in June early July he said he would put us on schedule for August he would not forget us. It is August 20, have yet to hear from him. I dont want to chase someone to do the work will find someone else.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $149 for $300 Worth of Masonry, Chimney, or Tuckpointing Services. We have been in contact with them and they will be doing the work next month. They have been very responsive on both emails and phone calls.

Description of Work: They repaired - by replacing - a section of foundation/retaining wall - and cut and put capstone I'd bought on a wall I'd laid, myself. |They did a good job - |Once they got around to me. I booked the deal on April 20 , met with the owner shortly afterward. Got a price that was a bit higher than I thought it would be - but not shockingly so - and was told i could expect to see them in 3 weeks. It ended up being over 2 months later that this 1 day job was done. But they did a good job, and delivered what I asked for.
