Was very responsive to my initial contacts. Arrived at the scheduled time to provide the estimate. Did not receive any additional information other than what it would cost. Mentioned a number of times that he was very busy - 2 to 3 months out, but since I needed the work to be done sooner because I was selling my home he said he would "try" to fit me in earlier. Since I didn't want to take the chance, I decided to go with a different contractor. His estimate was in line with others I received.

Good overall experience. Anthony returned my calls promptly, provided an honest estimate, and was able to schedule the job sooner than expected. Everything went smoothly.

The crew is professional, hard working, pay exceptional attention to detail. Doing business with Anthony is a pleasure. He has excellent communication skills, both with his crew and his customers. He supervises the work to be done from start to finish. No detail is overlooked and he answered all questions in explaining the job. At the end of the day I was left with a great job, a happy wife and a clean job site. THANKS ANTHONY.

Falletta Masonry did an absolutely beautiful job on the stoops. People in my neighborhood have commented on how wonderful they look and another neighbor wants to use Falletta as well. I am very happy with the workmanship and his willingness to work with me to get what I wanted. Anthony always got back to me when I called and was always very pleasant. I never felt like he was trying to cheat me out of money or charge me extra - I really felt like I could trust him throughout the process ( I think this is rare - I don't know a lot about construction and I often feel that I am not getting the whole truth and am afraid they are taking advantage of me - this was definitely not the case with Anthony). The projects took awhile because of various issues - weather was the biggest, permits and I think he is just busy as well, but I was not in a big hurry so it was ok. Now they are finished and he came back to clean up when I wasn't happy with how it was left. He has even agreed to treat it with waterproofing to address my concerns. The only issues I had was with some of his workers when Anthony was not there overseeing -on 2 occasions the workers left things unsafe, no one was harmed and he apologized. There was also an issue with the door opening and the size of the door. He was very helpful in sorting out the issue and offered to buy the door that didn't work. I would definitely recommend Falletta Masonry and plan to use them again for another project and wish them lots of luck!

We contacted Anthony a week ago and made an appointment for him to give us a bid on the job. He arrived promptly as scheduled and we signed a contract for him to do the work. The work commenced a few days later and was completed in two days. He and his team were very responsive and eager to please. His crew arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely consider him for future projects.

It was extremely to get in touch with the service provider. He hardly returned phone calls and he did not show up when he agreed to arrive. I called to Angie's list concierge, that seemed to push him to get the job done. He finally completed the work after about 5 months. The price was good, there were a few things that were not right about the work, he said he would come back to complete the job but never showed up. We had another masonry come out to do another job, he ended up helping us complete the previous work.

Once work began, it was completed in 3 days. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. The finished job dramatically improved the look of the house. I plan to use Anthony's team for remaining mason work - front steps, walkway, and basement Bilco door.

They did the job okay. I took me a couple of tries to schedule and get them to come out. It took a couple of months. Eventually, they did come out and did the job. The job was satisfactory. I would recommend them. There was an additional charge on top of the $149 Big Deal, the price of the stone itself or the materials.

We are very happy with them. They were very good. We were very pleased. they did a very good job and cleaned up good. We have no complaints.

I called Falletta Masonry to get an estimate to install a driveway drain (my driveway is pitched towards the house by nature of my lot) and fix a stone step that started rocking when stepped on. It was a bit difficult to pin down this company, but as I saw their high rating on Angie's List, I assumed (and later confirmed) that they are a very busy outfit. It took a couple tries to get someone out to estimate the job. Once that was done (Oct/Nov), I was informed that they were booked for the duration of the year, but would squeeze me in as time/weather allowed given the minor nature of my work (less than 1 full day), which I greatly appreciated (work was done in Jan). I needed the drain prior to snow melt and they were able to deliver! Communication was good about possible completion dates, in the end they showed up on the day I was told, albeit 60-90 minutes late. It was not a big deal to me, I planned to be home for the day. Anthony was great about entertaining my "what ifs" and providing quotes for additional work (that I did not end up pursuing for personal reasons) during the pre-work period. While I was not outside extensively during work, things appeared to proceed with reasonable efficiency and Anthony took the time to answer some questions I had at the outset. We talked through where in the yard the drain would discharge, and they installed it just as we discussed. The step no longer rocks/knocks when you step on it, and the drain looks AMAZING! I am very particular about finished products, and this did not disappoint. For example: the saw cut line in the asphalt was straight and clean, the two-piece drain is perfectly straight and at an appropriate elevation, the concrete the drain is set in is beautifully and consistently beveled on the water receiving side, the concrete was laid to be an extension of my garage door apron, and the edge of the concrete perfectly matches the angle of the driveway where it interfaces with the house. In my opinion, all the little detail and extra effort that you would do if you were doing the work at your own house, were done. Clean up was no different, I did not have to pick up anything when they left, just perfect. Overall I am extremely satisfied and I would recommend Falletta Masonry to anyone due to the quality of their work, and would use them again for the same reason. Nobody is perfect or manages a perfect business, but the quality of the work is darn close if its not, and that is the name of the game to me.

They did an amazing job! The job was done quickly and without incident. It took 2 days to complete and the transformation is incredible. They came in on budget and we will ABSOLUTELY use them again and recommend them to others.

Deposit was given in April and work was not completed until Dec. The owner refused to keep to a set schedule. We understood if there were weather delays but more often then not they would just decide not to show up with no notice or explanation. This was not as big a deal for the outside work but for the inside work, schedules (on our end) had to be rearranged at least 6 times to accommodate when they SAID they would be showing up but failed to with no notification of a schedule change. The owner continuously had excuses and apologized but didn't change. We simply wanted communication as to what days the crew would be there and it seems that he was incapable of doing that! The workers were messy and left trash all over the yard. They would arrive late, take a long lunch and leave early. If they needed something for example a car moved, they would ring the door bell and if someone wasn't standing in the foyer and didn't answer the bell in 15 seconds they would start banging on the door. Very frustrating experience!

The job went very well and we're completely satisfied. The front steps were rebuilt to our specifications and look beautiful, as does our new sidewalk. There was some delay and additional cost in repaving the sidewalk, but this was not Mr. Falletta's fault and he did minimize the impact. It turned out that the old sidewalk had been laid down incorrectly about 20 years previously (before we bought the property), and there was no way to spot the problem until the crumbling pavement was removed. As a result, additional work and material were required for the repaving job. Mr. Falletta was able to correct the problem fairly quickly and the additional cost was reasonable in view of the amount of additional material and labor required. Mr. Falletta and his crew were extremely courteous and professional and answered all our questions completely and clearly. When he discovered the problem with our sidewalk, he took the time to show it to us and clearly explain how it would need to be corrected. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and they cleaned up our property thoroughly when they were finished. We obtained several estimates from different contractors before we started work and Mr. Falletta's quote was in the middle of the pack, neither the highest nor the lowest. However, his workmanship and professionalism make Falletta Masonry an excellent value. I will call him again if I need any more masonry work and I would recommend him to others.

The job came beautifully. The timetable was met, the job was performed within budget and the guys cleaned up like they were never here. Will use again!

Anthony was polite and very helpful. He took the time to really investigate the problem and explain what needed to be done to repair my fireplace correctly even though the problem was not the easiest to get to. HIs estimate was very reasonable and he provided it to me in the timely manner that I needed it. If I end up having to have this work done myself, I will definitely use Falletta Masonry for this work.

Anthony and his crew were professional and personable and so far, the quality of the work appears to be very good. Our only issue was the length of time to get the job done. In all fairness, the weather was not cooperating and he was trying to manage a number of jobs.

He has too much work to take care of little jobs, however when he did show up he did a very good job!

First of all I was promised a great job and it was not provided. I do not believe the "good" reviews that had been posted. Clearly they were written by someone from the inside for this provider. Secondly after paying for the big deal, provider did not arrive to do the job for over two months. I had to keep calling. Thirdly, the only thing that went relatively well was the short Belgium Block wall. Everything else was a disaster. Thankfully I ended up only paying the original down payment. The brick retaining wall - mortar was left sloppily oozing from between the bricks. I had done a better job myself in attempting to repair the wall and I am not a mason. When I complained about the sloppy job, guys came back with a drill and drilled the mortar away leaving big scrape marks (which are still clearly visible 7 months later and will never disappear) on the top layer of bricks. Also recently one of the bricks slipped right out of place and fell to the ground. Clearly not mortared properly. I had to call the provider three times to correct the work in the entry way. Each time a bit better but still awful. He kept saying he would do it until it was done right -- how many times would you go through this? I say three times and you are out. Now, I am paying another provider to completely remove all the work and redo at a cost I had not planned for. Nice guy, but clearly not able to provide the work. Do not use.

He showed up promptly to do the estimate. He quoted me a very reasonable price. He did a quality job on time and on budget. He was polite, professional and competent. He also was very good about cleaning up after himself. I would definitely use him again and/or recommend him to a friend. The only thing I would do differently is I would NOT use the company he recommended to reinstall the railing (Cusumano railings). I had to call them repeatedly to get a quote. There price was high. The missed appointments and didn't show up when they were supposed to. They were the least professional, least responsive and least considerate contractors I have ever tried to use. It got so bad I switched railing contractors and also got a better price from the company I switched to.

They came out, took a look at the work and told me it would be $1,000 more than what they deal I bought on Angie’s List was for. After talking to him he was going to go and figure out how to do the work a different way that would be less expensive. I never heard back from him and he never came back out.

Showed up on time and performed the work promptly. During demolition, the concrete ended up being thicker than expected (TWICE as thick actually), but they were able to handle it well. They were able to add some nice design flair and the end result looked great. We also appreciated that they cleaned up the site afterward. Bottomline, if I had to do it all over again, I would definitely call Faletta Masonry!

Falletta Masonry showed up with a responsible, well mannered and exceptionally skilled team who got the job done accurately, efficiently and did more than they were paid for. They added more cement work fixed my drain pipes from my gutters to prevent more water issues without charging me. They made sure I would not have problems moving forward and the owner repeatedly said please call if you have any issues. I have been doing construction on my home now for 5 years and was so pleased they cleaned the area very well. My issue with construction is the mess they leave even after cleaning up but with this company I was pleasantly surprised. I had other masons bid on the job, other plumbers and one of the biggest names in my area, more expensive but I initially chose them to do the work. I am lucky this biggest name company didn't follow through on their promise to do the work because I had such a good experience with Falletta Masonry.

I didn't have a problem with the service provider. I thought the repair was minor but it was more extensive than I realized. I'm on a fix budget and cannot have the work performed at this time.

They were very helpful and did a great job!

Took a little time to schedule but that was partly due to my travel. Once we jointly confirmed a date, 2 gentleman came out - very professional and courteous - and finished the job in a few hours. Overall, very satisfied.
