Falletta Masonry

His estimate to repair the front steps was about double my lowest price. He told me for a little more he would redo the strps from scratch and it would look much better. Then he said it did not include reinstalling the railing, telling me that no masons do that For the record, John Sortino did a great job for much less and he came back later and installed the railing as part of the price.

The work went smoothly as promised. He was neat and through. His work crew showed up as promised on the promised date. My only hesitation to use him again would be the long wait time between the estimate and the time the job was done. He must be very popular and busy. I waited one month late April for him to come for an estimate in June for a promised work date to occur in August or September. Despite the long wait, he is reliable. He showed up for the estimate right on time on the date promised without any reminder phone calls or unnecessary communications. He returns phone calls within one day when communicating to set the date of the actual work. The work was done right. The price was fair. Other masons in my area either did not show up for the estimate, or were really not interested in the work because the job was considered to small.

Took a long time to schedule. We originally contacted in June, but they could not schedule until August - which became September. But I guess that's one of the problems of being highly rated on this website - too much work. Once we had a firm date, they showed up on time and completed the job in one day. This included them setting up and dismantling scaffolding to get to top of the two story chimney. The job they did was excellent. They matched the color of our existing bricks very well and it looks beautiful once again! Cleaned up well and all workers were very polite - we enjoyed having them work on our property.

Finally a contractor that was a pleasure to work with! Anthony came, as promised, to provide us with a detailed estimate, which was comparable with several others we received. A few days later it was followed up with a written contract, which only required a $100.00 deposit. He sent a crew of 8 men to do the actual work. They worked together like a fined tuned machine - each man preassigned to tasks which they immediately started. Everyone was extremely polite and respectful, and incredibly skilled. Watching them lay out the pavers was amazing. The crew cleaned up each night, even rinsing down my car, because it had become dusty when they blew off the new walk. Anthony himself was on site several times, checking the work, and making certain we were satisfied. A few hours after they completed the job he called us to check in and emphasize that we shouldn't hesitate to contact him if we had any future questions or concerns .... If you're looking for a mason I'd stop searching and call Falletta today!

I initially contacted him last July, but due to prior commitments he wasn't able to do the work until March of 2015. The work was great when he finished but over time a hole developed in the side of my steps which is parallel to my driveway. The settling of the stones has created a hazard.It was resolved, and it was resolved properly.

In preparing to have our driveway done, I interviewed 7 different companies from a variety of sources. In I interviewing the different companies, I quickly realized that a landscaper was not the person for the job. I wanted someone who does paver work all the time versus a landscaper who may do a few driveways a year. Anthony Falletta responded promptly to my request for an estimate. The estimate was well thought out and fair. I did receive estimates for $4K less (using inferior pavers and an inexperienced contractor) and $6K more using once again a contractor who did not perform many driveways. During the estimate process, Anthony Falletta let me know that he would not be able to start the work for at least 3 months but I was willing to wait for a job that I knew would be done correctly. Anthony Falletta did an amazing job in designing the driveway so that it would flow from the apron to the sidewalk and then up to the house. Anthony was able to take the different aspects of the job and combine them so that they flowed in one cohesive, beautiful outcome. The men on Anthony's crews were all very courteous and a pleasure to work with. Anthony was on the site every day to ensure that the work was progressing as planned. The finished driveway far surpassed my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased!

I have called several times and left many voicemails but he has never called me back. I cannot get ahold of him to come out.

By nature most people consider me a Type "A" perfectionist. I don't have a problem with that. That being said, I was truly impressed by Anthony Falletta and his masonry crew. Anthony came by to inspect the chimney and provide a quote for the work needed. A date was set for the repair; two of Anthony's employees came promptly in the morning, introduced themselves and immediately went up to survey the work needed to be done on the chimney. Upon their review they were on the phone with Anthony and were given the go ahead to get the job done. They worked as a team and fixed the chimney quite detailed and quickly. They were professional and left the area around the chimney very clean. After inspection by me of their work, there is no question that I will be recommending Anthony Falletta Masonry to my neighbors and to anyone needing masonry work. The chimney looks great! Anthony is a straight up guy and well worth anyone's time contacting him for masonry needed.

Anthony Falletta the owner was GREAT from start to finish. We had him out early Spring to review the drawings we had for our project and to go over details. He was very knowledgeable to all phases of the trade. We were aware of the wait we had before they can start but after getting 4 quotes and interviewing other Contractors we knew this company was the way to go. Our project is now complete and everything went as expected.....all inspections passed the first time, the quality and detail put into the patio and porch made it worth the wait. The crew was great...They were very polite and answered all questions. The cleanup was better then what it was before they arrived. I would recommend Anthony Falletta and his crew to anyone looking for a quality job by a stand up Contractor.

My wife bought the deal on March 8, 2015 $299. The two masons arrived at 10:20 am and by 11 the mortar was mixed and the scaffold was up. Their pace for most of the morning was pretty relaxed, but they were polite and asked several times if their work was satisfactory, which it definitely was. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the dust and broken mortar pieces before they left.

Our new brick steps and garden wall look very professional. The work was performed meticulously and quality materials were used. The workers were very polite and pleasant to deal with. They went the extra mile in replanting some bushes and reconnecting a drain pipe at no extra charge. The workers were on time every day and worked all day long. Anthony Falletta appeared to be interested in pleasing us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Anthony also gave us advice on how to further enhance our house front with matching bricks and we are considering following his recommendations in the near future. Bottom Line: He was interested in quality and making sure that we were happy with the finished product.

Needed to have these things fixed to sell our home. They did the job. Price seemed a little steep.

.Job was done very well. Had good communication with the owner. Arrived on time and performed work in quoted time. Work was done neatly and cleanup was performed completely. Would definitely recommend this company. Will be contacting for additional masonry work in the future.

I purchased a $299 deal through Angie's List because my rear steps needed some repairs. Anthony was very responsive in contacting me to schedule a site visit to see the extent of work. While it took some time to get the work scheduled since Anthony's company was very busy, when the work was finally completed, my steps looked good as new. Anthony also followed up with me after the work was completed to inquire if I was satisfied with the work and I appreciated follow up..

The work is terrific. We are very happy with the new driveway and sidewalk. They did an excellent job. Anthony at Falletta was responsive and helpful through the process. He managed to squeeze us into a heavy schedule. We found the cost on the high end but realize that Falletta is high end work.

Workers were courteous and hard working. Owner Anthony was accommodating and aimed to please.

Done while I was away for the weekend. Came home and it was done.

Very simple....if you want someone who is fair, does incredible work at a fair price, punctual and hard working....then hire Falletta Masonry. I had received multiple estimates but decided to go with Falletta, even though he was quite forth right in letting me know that he had a very booked schedule and would not probably be able to get my work done for 6 to 8 weeks. Well in knowing this I still decided to book with him and wait the extra time and it was extremely well worth it. I wish there was a way I could post before and after pictures here. The patio is gorgeous and there was not any cutting corners taken anywhere. Work is incredible and I would without a doubt recommend him to everyone as well call "only Falletta" for any of my future masonry needs. Top notch professional with old fashion values...something that is hard to find these days......do not have any hesitation in hiring him! Thank you Anthony and all your guys...my husband and I are BEYOND happy! PS: Thank you also for my "steps"....

The work is beautiful and the construction is very sound. The guy couldn't have been better. He has been trying to get started on a second project for me, some repairs in my driveway. He is still working on that, but assures me that it will be finished and I do trust that he will do so as soon as suitable materials are available to him. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Update: 9/3/15--Unfortunately Anthony failed to communicate at the end of August for the 2nd job and failed to show up for it. We had several appointments of which he did not sow up. Now I will have to find someone else to do the job and pay an additional $150.00 as well as lose at least a month.

Could not have gone better. Not only extremely professional but a really good guy as well. One of the best experiences I have had in my 17+ years living in my home.

After getting quotes from several reputable masons, I decided to go with Falletta based on Anthony's willingness to accommodate our needs and preferences as well as their competitive pricing. I did have to wait for almost two and a half months to get the job started as they were in high demand earlier in the spring. However, once started everything went so smooth and in high quality. Throughout the project, Anthony was very professional - he was responsive, equipped with knowledge, and showed that he respects our needs. Also his men were courteous, hard-working, and punctual. Most importantly, my wife and I love the result! I'd definitely hire him again for future projects.

Anthony managed to squeeze me in a week ahead of schedule while my tenants happened to be out of town. His men rebuilt my stairs (to code!) and repointed aging brick facade of home. They were efficient and even replanted my flowers and cleaned up yard before leaving job site. The stairs are beautiful! Anthony is an excellent communicator and calmed any worries I had about getting this job done. I will surely call Falletta in the future for any of our Masonry needs.

This is the first time I have used this company, and I am glad I did. The whole experience was professional and pleasant and Anthony Falletta went above and beyond to help me out. He even had his workers stop the job because he felt he could match my existing brick color better and so went and had them get different bricks that would be a better match. Anthony and his team were prompt, pleasant to deal with, and respectful of my time and my property. The work site was left clean and tidy when they were done and they made sure everything was done right. I would definitely use them again if I need any kind of masonry work done.

Our job should have only lasted 3 weeks at the most, it lasted 9 months. There were some weather issues but not enough to cause the job to extend this much. He often told us his crew would arrive on a certain day or span of days, but they would never show. Many attempts to contact the contractor about his "no show" crew resulted in leaving numerous voicemails. His excuses were limitless and eventually became a joke for us. The job was left unfinished, as there remains several joints between the blocks left unfilled. He told me he would have his crew come back to finish thm but never did. The job remains unfinished while we seek another professional to do the work fully. We did pay in full for the service but the work was not finished. The provider did offer to lend us his bobcat but never delivered it, after numerous text messages and a lame excuse. He never came to the jobsite to inspect the work. ALSO, I observed the crew drinking beer on the jobsite, which is my backyard, during worktime, and complained to the foreman. He apaologized and had them put the beer away, but that is TOTALLY inexcusable and unacceptable.

The actual work done was excellent.
