Beyond satisfied. Anthony came to our home 3 times before we committed to moving forward with the job. We requested 3 separate options & changed our mind quite a bit & through the whole process the owner was patient, understanding & helpful. This was a pretty big demolition in a small area. The crew was professional, efficient, kept work space clean & best of all moved fast. Overall good work & plan to use them again for our driveway

Our nearly 50 year old front porch and its steps were cracking and we needed to resolve any safety issues before the winter weather set in. Anthony was easy to contact and responsive despite our travel issues. The work got done promptly and seems to be very solid. We anticipating having Falletta back in the spring to work on the rest of the front walk and masonry.

We connected with Anthony as he was leaving for several days to attend a conference. Literally almost out the door for his trip, he was willing take 30 minutes to gauge the job based on pictures from our inspector (we're in the process of closing on a property), provide a written estimate by email, and walked me through everything I needed to know about the job. He's all about customer service - we highly appreciated the effort and looking forward to awarding him the work.

Not well. I called and left a message to schedule an appt for an estimate. They returned my call after a few days and set up an appt which was approximately 2 weeks away (the soonest they could come.) Several days later the same representative called to ask what time the appt was since he forgot to write it down. I confirmed the day and time. At the appt time no one showed up. I called an hour after the appt window and left a message. It's been 4 days since that appt and they still have not returned my call. I would not waste my time calling them for an estimate.

We are pleased with the finished work. We sought estimates from 3 companies and felt most confident in Falletta Masonry, considering price estimates as well as the explanations/descriptions of the work that would be done. Anthony explained all the work with good detail and was responsive to questions by phone/text. The job dragged out a bit longer than we would have liked -- but that was partly due to us taking our time to decide on material for the patio (poured concrete or paver), and then a misunderstanding on our part about us having to choose stone and paver samples and letting Anthony know of our choices so he could order the samples for us to decide on before the materials for the job could be ordered. We weren't sure going in if we wanted the patio to be poured concrete or pavers and Anthony gave us price estimates for both. He also helped focus the ideas for redoing the steps/wall.

I remember they said they can't do the chimney when it's extremely cold. It looks very good. It looks very nice now. They're very dependable. We're using them for the terrace.

Very well. We had to wait a few weeks for the gravel to set, but once the work was completed the driveway looked 100% better.

I am so impressed with the entire project. Anthony and his team are second to none. I have not one complaint (and that is not usual for me). You won't be disappointed.

Falletta Masonry did an excellent job. They worked my project in weeks earlier than was originally scheduled. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They removed the 30+ year old front steps to the house and found replacement bricks that almost perfectly matched the surrounding structure and added new limestone treads. They even gave us a bonus of power washing the surrounding brick structure so that everything would look clean and fresh. They cleaned up and remove all debris from the site. before leaving. The company owner and the entire working crew were very easy to talk to, very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The work was done on my elderly fathers home. The workers showed up on time and did a great job. I could not be there so Anthony sent me pictures and kept me up to date with the progress. My father was extremely happy with the results and commented to me about how nice they were. Great communication, great workmanship and a great price. Anthony's crew arrived early in the morning and finished the job by 5 pm. Their work was excellent and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend Falletta Masonry.

Great. Excellent work though it took a while for the work to be scheduled. The crew arrived on time. The entire job was completed in a day and a half. They matched the existing masonry materials and added a design that really fit with my older home. The crew took great care cleaning up. They returned to check the drying progress. Then returned again for a final check and cleanup. I was very pleased. I would recommend Anthony and his crew.

Anthony came by Saturday at 8:30AM exactly as he said he would. He and his team were courteous, kind, showed masterful skill and cleaned up everything. They put in a 400 sq ft paver patio during this weekend. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Falletta Masonry & will use him again for any masonry work we need!

Falletta Masonry did a fantastic job in installing a beautiful and functional paver patio in our backyard. Anthony came to our house to understand the layout and design we were thinking about and provided an estimate in a complete and timely manner. It was great working with him to choose the paver style and material of our liking. Great job estimating and scheduling their work. Falletta was busy and worked from a backlog so they had to schedule far in advance. They know what they are doing and showed when they said they would. Logistics were great with all work completed in under 1 week with minor disruption to our life. Materials showed up exactly when needed. Diligent crew that performed high quality work efficiently. A real pleasure to work with. Only downside was we had to schedule our iron work (guardrail) separately.

We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work. We did not imagine it would look as good as it did. Our satisfaction with the work overcame our disappointment with the time it took to complete the job (approx. 2 months) and the lack of a commitment to a dependable schedule.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and made a lot of great suggestions to improve the overall job while in the planning and Quoting stages - all while never "upselling" the job. Anthony's crew of men (5-7) who were on my job for 1 week at my home were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and meticulous about every aspect of their job including a thorough clean up of my property each and every day before they left for the day. Anthony was present each and every day on the job to review and oversee all aspects of the job while keeping me posted and informed on all progress of the job to be sure we were all on the same page. In closing I will say that I am very happy and satisfied with my decision to go with Anthony and the work completed by Falletta Masonry. I would highly recommend this contractor. We are extremely happy with the finished product as well as the quoted price. They worked very hard and were able to form it out and pour in 1 day. A few days later we were able to use it and it looks great. They came back to pull the borders, put our gate back up and add dirt around the edges and were very clean. We truly appreciate companies that leave no trace when they leave a job. We will definitely call them back for our driveway next year.

Anthony and his crew were terrific! His price was competitive and his quality first class. He responded timely to all inquires, kept us in the loop as far as the timing on the project and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Anthony and his crew did an excellent job! His prices were competitive and his work was great. He is very knowledgeable about masonry and was very helpful with any questions and concerns I may have had about the work. He did not pressure me to get more work done than I actually needed at this time. I opted to have a sealer/waterproofing sprayed on the brick front of my home. It has a 10 year warranty which made me feel more secure about the cost. All of the the work was done quickly and the job site was left very clean. I will definitely recommend Anthony to friends and family for any masonry work needed. I would use him again in the future.

Anthony came out in May originally to build a new set of steps for me and just came out today to lay blacktop down for my new driveway. Overall, Anthony and his company did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend him, in fact I'll be using him again in the spring for my sidewalks.
