Falletta Masonry

Description of Work: I originally signed up for the $149 special in April. When he came to look at the job, I had him give me an estimate on some other work as well. His price was good compared to other estimates so I signed a contract for new front stairs and a retaining wall in the backyard. He kept promising to come and do the original job which was just replace one stone on the steps leading from the driveway. He told me the other work would be done in about 6 weeks. I kept calling about the original job and he always called back but din't actually do the work until he came at the beginning of July to do the entire job. His crew came when he said they would and they finished the job in three days. They had to comeback to correct the original small job because the wrong color stone was ordered. I find that when a vendor offers a special on Angie's List, they get so much work, it causes them to fall back on their schedule. Neverthless, I am pleased with the work. it was done very neatly and exactly as promised, except it took until July to get the work done. They cleaned everything up and carted away the old stones and some of the dirt. The men were very courteous and hard working. If you don't mind waiting, hire him, he does quality work.

Description of Work: Purchased the deal in March and was told that, due to concerns about frost, I would be contacted around April 15th to schedule my outdoor masonry work. Fine. After failing to hear from them, I called on April 27th and they came a week or so after to check out the steps I needed to have repaired. Spoke to them on the phone afterward and HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. So, almost three months after purchasing the deal and more than two months since "the danger of frost" has passed, I still have not had the work done. Unbelievable.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate to install carbon fiber strapping on foundation walls in the basement. Sent over structural engineering report, he said he would look at it and get back to me in a day or two, that was on 6/4/14 it is now 6/17/14.

Description of Work: Called, gave me an estimate over the phone based on a picture I had emailed him. Set a date to come look at it the job in person. He missed the time but he did call and said he was running behind and WOULD be there after 3 pm..but then - a no show and no call to apologize or anything. So he must not need my small job
