Drium and his crew work very hard to delivered it on time and gave me -my friends and family described as a 6 stars hotel SPA bathroom and now they are in line for visiting me. "They took 9 hours to install the storm door, it was the wrong size, so they nailed up boards instead of replacing the frame, they did not put on a chain, so it flaps in the wind the piston was put on the top instead of the middle and the handle does not line up so it pops open and is impossible to lock also the bottom scraps and the window part raddles and it slams because they broke the piston they installed 4 doors that day one fell off another one only has a nail instead of a handle and one is worst than mine. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CONTRACTORS."

"Kind of disorganized. It was not easy to get the project started. I asked for a written estimate for the job and until today I never got it. I was very specific before starting the job what I needed to get done then I was told that removing the garbage was not included when I mentioned to have it removed in the negotiation process. Then eventually, they removed it after I stated that it was negotiated from the beginning in the process of negotiating the job. I had to send text messages to have the painting portion rectified. There were two sides above the columns that needed to be painted that were completely missed. Also had to have the railing adjusted because two of the pieces were not installed properly. One of the things I asked to get replaced was the aluminum above the columns, and that was not done he just painted over it. Also, they broke the corner of one of the column bases and instead of replacing it, they just glued it back. I will not be recommending this company. I believe I am a man of my word, and I am very organized and things did not go as well as I expected."
