Conquer Hardwood Floors

The representative NEVER showed up for the noon appointment in the apartment where service was to be done. I waited over an hour, called and left a message, called again but never spoke with anyone. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. I had read an exactly alike review for Conquer but called nonetheless; anything can go badly once. But twice for a business interested in servicing residents in Jersey City?

I spoke with Maynor and we set up an appointment for him to provide an estimate for hardwood floor installations. While he appeared to be very nice on the phone, he failed to keep the appointment. The appointment was for Saturday at 10 am. He never showed up and never contacted me to cancel the appointment, even though he had my phone number and e-mail address. Subsequently, I sent him an e-mail telling him that his failure to show up for the appointment was irresponsible, unprofessional and that I would not even consider doing business with him. Amazingly, he never responded. Not a good omen.

Job was completed in a timely manner. Beautiful job - we've received many compliments on the floors.

No work was performed. He came over and gave us a quote

We will recommend Maynor and Conquer with every opportunity that presents itself, and hope to have the chance to work with him again sometime!
