Appliance repair scotch plains

Refrigerator was not working. Repairman (not the most professional) said needed a new fan motor. For some reason, I got a gut feeling he didn't know what he was doing. I guess my gut was right . A week later now my refrigerator is still not working but the fan motor was replaced. So I called again and I am told that they have many appointments a head of me. I am trying to figure out how that is possible I got to the end of line when I have paid them and its still now working. Be forewarned Angie list uses on what to expect.

We called this guy because the lower oven of our double oven stopped working.. He came to our house told us we needed a new control board for our oven and one other part he needed to order. He had brought a "used" control board with him incase that was the problem. He charged us $400 for the used one vs the new one for 800 took our old one and "ordered" the other part.. The oven is worse then it was before now not only does the lower oven not work the top oven is 100 degrees to low. He will not return any calls. And I've seen a lot of reviews online that he screens phone calls to avoid customers.. So now we are out $400 and have an oven in worse shape then it was before he came.. I would give negative stars if I could.. This guy sucks do your self a favor and find someone else to service your appliances so you don't end up having to goto small claims court with him too... The like below is to there BBB NY page. There are alerts our about this company and they won't even respond to the Better Business Bureau.
