Description of Work: Extremely professional. Came in, quickly determined the reason my refrigerator was no longer cooling, ordered the part and came back the next day and installed it quickly. Would definitely be my first call for appliance repair in the future.

+ -1 moreI called three companies and AA was the only one to return my call promptly. They stated that charges for the service call cannot be credited toward labor if work was done due to Better Business Bureau regulations. I scheduled to have work done the following Monday morning. The technician was prompt and knew exactly was was wrong and how to fix it. There were two broken components in my fridge so I chose to purchase a new one instead of repairing it. I would choose them again.
Description of Work: Service call was performed on my broken refrigerator. Two components were broken and he gave an estimate for parts and labor.

+ -1 moreExcellent service.Made time to come - even though it was a holiday weekend and I was a new customer. Came according to schedule. Quickly diagnosed problem and installed replacement part from his on-truck inventory. Certainly would use him again.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with Whirlpool Duet washer. Replaced bad part and returned unit to service.
