They were able to clean my dryer vent. They found dead birds inside for an additional cost. Efficient job. The other project which was to install a bird guard unfortunately were not able to due to a slope ground. They didn’t have the special ladder but also due to the ground having snow (understandable). Overall, I’m satisfied.

The job started out at $125 and got to be $550 with all the cleaning. I had thought that cleaning the dryer was part of the job but it wasn't. We had a lot of dust but now we don't have to worry for 4 more years.

Very thorough work; the identified and recommended a fix for a very dangerous situation that existed in my newly bought house. I’ve hired them twice and will continue to rely on them for these services!

Though over phone the company claimed transparent pricing there were additional add-ons. This is the first time I was charged extra for the replacement of the corrugated pipe and that a second man was needed for moving of stacked washer-dryer. I am a 72 year old woman and can move this unit by myself. Of course once the people are here you want the job finished one agrees to complete and additional price. The cost ended at twice the amount quoted.

Excellent in all respects

When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot.

Technician was very knowledgeable and honest. He cleaned my dryer duct and pinpointed the problem. It was my dryer not my vent/ducts. I highly recommend them, ask for Nick! They also clean chimneys.
