+ -1 moreCould not ask for any better. He met all our deadlines. Very trustworthy. Never took a dollar more than what was agreed on. We were so impressed with his work we wound up giving him more stuff, odds and ends.
Description of Work: all odds and ends carpentry. Everything we needed he was hands on deck. Soup to nuts the variety of things he handled was endless.

John's pricing is very fair; he provided an estimate quickly; he showed up on the date and time he said he would; he was respectful, did not push for any extra work; John also cleaned up everything at the end of the day; he puts a full day in and works hard while on the job. His work is beautiful; I'm very happy with the work he has performed; I will be calling him for all contracting services I need in the future.
Description of Work: John transformed my garage attic into usable space. In the basement, he removed the 70's paneling and replaced the paneling with dry wall; he then painted the walls and installed molding.

Any time we have called AFF Home Services over the years they have been on time and always completed the job for exactly what they quoted. Their workmanship is excellent and they left the work area clean when the job was completed. We have referred them to many friends and relatives over the years.

+ -1 moreThe water proofing company greatly appreciated our preparation in the cellar so they could get right to work on the project. John arrived promptly both times & made sure we were satisfied with his work. He charged us a flat fee for both visits & there were no surprises with the service or bill.
Description of Work: John helped me move our washer, drier & sink pump in preparation for a major water proofing job. He also removed & installed our storage racks, lifted crates & carried tables of stuff in our basement. The whole project was done in less than two hours & John also came back promptly to place everything back after completion of the water proofing work.
