I called to request an estimate to repair/upgrade a pond that is installed in a house that I purchased a month ago. The woman I spoke to kept putting me on hold and coming back while scheduling a visit/estimate. The final iteration was "we need to put this off for awhile" and I asked how long that might be and she said "we're very busy and we need to call you back when we have time."I don't have time to wait for them to have time. I will find someone else... at a minimum, someone who will take the time to schedule an appointment even if it is a couple of weeks out. These people at Waterford don't even have the courtesy to look at a calendar and figure it out. Stupid.

Overall, I switched to a new pond service company.
Description of Work: Company has good reputation but failed to show up on multiple occasions for pond service. I went to the owner of the company to request service for my pond and I had to twist his arm to agree to schedule a service call and then he never came. He did come to provide emergency service on my pond filter before this incident, but it took almost 2 weeks for the completed work.
