+ -1 moreI feel like this was a bait and switch job.
Description of Work: This Tree company came in, ONE person gave an estimate, then ANOTHER came to do the work and did not perform what they said they would do. We asked for a price to clear most of the trees in our back yard, including a larger one that hung over our neighbors, that he had asked about. They cleared out the smaller trees, and ground them up, no mess, but did not touch the large one that was one of the main reasons we called them. They said this would have been another separate job, but that's not what the estimator initially told us.

+ -1 moreJim is really personable, and I think he runs an amazing business. He’s extremely responsive to phone calls, and incredibly professional. I’ve worked with maybe four other tree service companies, and his is the best by far!
Description of Work: Our property is located in a wooded area, and they’ve removed several trees for us over the past six years.
