Bob was very quick to respond and came to the house right away to provide a free estimate. The work was done quickly and his crew did a great job with installation and clean up afterwards. The system works great and I haven't had water in the basement since the installation.

Bob and his crew were great! They installed a sump pump and drain in a part of my basement that had water for the chest time in 25 years. They also checked and repaired all my gutter leaders to make sure any clogs could be easily accessed. I highly recommend them!

Weather-Tite was recommended to me by a contractor who I trust to evaluate and repair water and moisture issues that I was having in my garage. Bob and his crew did a phenomenal job!! My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the results! They are professional, courteous, and fastidious. Half of my garage is underground, as there is a hill in my front yard leading up to the house. The repair involved excavating dirt along the front of my house next to the garage foundation wall down to the drain pipe, repairing cracks and holes, applying waterproofing and more. The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days. During that time and after we had torrential rain and everything stayed dry!!! I highly recommend Weather-Tite Waterproofing, Inc.!

Too soon to tell. We have not had a substantial rain yet. But Weathertite has done work for me in the past and he never fails to resolve the issue that I had. I have no doubt this problem will be corrected as well and if not I know I can rely on him to correct it. Very nice guy to work with. I highly recommend him!

As an owner of multiple properties in northern NJ, I have used Bob at Weathertight for all of them and couldn’t be happier with the work done and the results. After always having to worry about basement flooding when a storm was forecast, I now can rest easy. The installed drains are wide and deep, covered and barely visible. The pumps are professional grade, backed up by battery power packs. The system is compact, clean, completely sealed and easy to monitor. Working with Bob and team is so easy. They arrive on time, do a tremendous amount of work in a short period and they actually leave the basement cleaner than when they arrive. Competitively priced, reliable and quality!

Good, quick and efficient crew. Covered and cleaned up job site well. Prior reviewer statement about owner not addressing concerns after the fact inconsistent with my experience (NOT water related -- had a few days of heavy rain, basement is bone dry) . I had asked Bob to address the higher Radon readings i was getting after the install and he came back no issues to inspect and seal up everything. Would recommend

Bob and his crew were professional and did a top quality job on time and within the quoted price. Other contractors offered a "cookie cutter" solution. Bob's solution was customized taking our particular water issues and obstacles into consideration. Plastic was hung and the site was left in perfect condition after completion.

I'm always doubtful when it comes to the word of a contractor. But Bob from Weather-Tite was true to his word when he said he would come back to address an issue. Great work and super clean. I like him so much I referred him to a coworker.

Bob's team was great. Before they started, they put plastic up to contain the dust - I knew then they were off to a good start. They did everything Bob said they would. After they finished, all I had to due was to paint the concrete they poured over the drain piping. A few weeks later, we got heavy rain.......and I didn't even see a drop. There's a reason Bob and his team are busy - they do great work at fair price.

I hired Bob Lindsay to put in French drains and 2 sump pumps after getting water in my basement in July and from Hurricane Henri. He came and evaluated the situation, gave me an estimate on the spot and scheduled my job within a few weeks (unfortunately Hurricane Ida came in between). His crew did an amazing job. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to prep my basement with extreme care of my belongings, covering everything in plastic. They worked tirelessly for 2.5 days and completed all of the work ahead of schedule although they had some unexpected mechanical problems . They cleaned up and left my basement better than they found it. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and Bob was always available for my questions. I would highly recommend WEATHER-TITE with NO reservations!

Bob came out, looked over the situation, and told me that I needed French drains and a sump pump installed. He reviewed exactly what he planned to do, when he was available and gave me an estimate right then and there. I was impressed with his knowledge; it was obvious from our conversation that he was experienced and knew exactly how to fix our problem including reworking the gutters in addition to the drains and pump. We hired Bob and he and his crew were out early on the appointed day and worked tirelessly for two full days. I was very happy with their work and how spotless the basement and outside area were when they were finished. About two weeks later came hurricane Ida!! Montclair experience extensive flooding but our basement was dry!! Best money I ever spent!! I recommend them highly. Weather-Tite is an excellent company!

As I did the first time I used Bob Lindsay's company, I waited six months to write my review. After withstanding nearly 13" of water from Henri and Ida, I cannot recommend this company enough. We used Bob at my first house and decided to use him again when our final walkthrough of our house revealed a wet carpet in the finished basement. Bob's guys replaced the shallow existing window wells with much deeper, galvanized ones, backfilled them with stone and piped them into a perimeter channel drain that was then flashed and cemented to the basement floor height. The sump pump pit was installed and a battery backup system was provided and wired in. The outside grading around the window wells was also redone to slope any surface water away from the foundation. Due to our Radon mitigation system, a polyurethane caulk was also used to seal the system. We remained absolutely bone-dry these last few weeks despite rain falling at 2-3" per hour in some cases. The work is efficient, his guys are extremely friendly and skilled, and despite the messiness of the job, they do a fabulous job cleaning up. There is a certain peace of mind that having this type of work done provides, and you cannot put a price tag on it, especially if you plan on finishing (or refinishing) a basement. At the end of the job, Bob was even kind enough to have one of his guys tie in a 2" piece of PVC from the floor with a cap (which I then drilled a hole in) so I can run my dehumidifier constantly without ever having to empty the bucket. We have since refinished our basement to our liking and know for certain that this was the best home investment we could have possibly made. A friend of ours has also done her entire basement with Weather-Tite and had an equally wonderful experience. Thanks Bob for saving us not once, but twice.

Awesome. They were fast, very clean and did an amazing job. I do not even need a humidifier in the basement any more. Rob, the owner, is easy to work with and talk to. Highly recommend.

Bob is a true professional. He took the time to explain everything about the project, his approach to keeping our basement dry and provided a fair, transparent quote for the work. There are a lot of dishonest businesses in this category that do quickie, cut-rate jobs - but you can be 100% certain that Weather-Tite does top-shelf work and will treat you fairly. This is one area in your home that poor work can mean huge problems in the future. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and did very tidy work. Our system will last decades and we couldn't be happier.
