+ -1 moreWe were very pleased on all counts. When he came in we let him know we were thinking of replacing the roof. He looked at the roof and let us know that it wasn't needed. He advised us to get it shampooed. He didn't do the work, but he did find a company that could do it. We found a company who did that work. He was helpful in that reguard too with giving us the information on how to handle the roof problem.
