Description of Work: Gary did all the electrical for my new bathroom addition and an extra light need for the stairs down by the basement. He's pro and he is very reliable and has great solutions. I would use him any time.

Didn't go at all.
Description of Work: Never had work done. Contacted Gary last September. He was busy until the new year. Contacted him in January. He came by for an estimate. We spoke on the phone after, he gave me a general estimate but he was busy. Then I waited until March. Tried again in July. When he failed to call on a date specified, when his family came back from vacation I called and left a message advising him he forgot our "phone date". Then he called and recommended I find someone else. He is too busy working for contractors and seems to do best with small jobs that require little advance notice. If he's free, he can take the work. He was, however, always polite. He seemed to have trouble articulating why my particular job (lots of different jobs in different rooms) was difficult for him to get to - until this summer when he explained more about how his business is run. I can assume he is busy because he does good work, it just won't be for me.

This was our first experience with this company and everything went very smoothly. Mr. Santana returned our call promptly and arrived at our home even earlier than promised. He completed the job in a professional and friendly manner. We already have plans to use Mr. Santana for more electrical jobs that need to be done at our home.

THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE EVEN GIVEN HIM MY HOUSE KEYS SO THAT THEY CAN COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH UP. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS.

HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, BEFORE HE DID IT. WE HAD FIGURED MORE, BUT IT DIDN'T TAKE THAT MUCH TO DO IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
