Working with Ribo Construction was such a pleasant and comfortable experience. They were highly professional and respectful of our home. They were prompt and dependable. We had a very short time frame within which we were hoping to have the work done, during Thanksgiving week no less! They were extremely flexible and worked very hard to accommodate our needs. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others!

Job went well. Workers were on time, and cleaned up before leaving. All work was completed in a timely fashion.

TERRIFIC, TERRIFIC, TERRIFIC! It couldn't have gone better. Work was being performed to prep home for sale. The hardwood floors in the entire first floor were refinished and look like new. There was extensive work that needed to be done to prep the walls in the basement for painting and various other wood work repairs. The kitchen was also painted. He also performed other small repairs that were out of scope but he gladly took care of them for me. He did what he said he would, when he said he would, and at the price that we had agreed on--no surprises. I was so impressed he is going to be performing the work in my new home. I highly recommend this company.

Don't need to look no more. If you read this review you have already find the best contractor out there. Franco and his awesome team did a great job. First, they always showed up on time as scheduled. Never late. Every member of his team knew what to do and needed no babysitting. They are all very knowledgeable what we all like. Our original plan was to close a door opening in one of the rooms and replace french doors with pocket doors for more privacy. Our shower corner was a little older so we decided to replace it with a new one. all this lead us top make a decision to do more then planned and after meeting with Franco I knew he is the right contractor and I didn't have a need to see anyone else. The project went well and this fantastic group of people finished ahead of proposed time. I am very happy with the service and the result of the work they did. I will definitely hire Franco with his team for our next house project. Thank you so much Ribo.

Franco and his crew started within days of coming to agreement on what was to be done; they were always punctual, responsive and flexible in accommodating the change orders that we added during the course of the work. They coordinated well with their subcontracting plumber. They cleaned each day, and kept an emaculate work site and did not disrupt areas outside of where they were working. This job was one that we've been avoiding for years, because we couldn't imagine a good outcome at a reasonable cost, or face of living through the mess we knew it would create; boy were we wrong.

Here are a couple of things I love about Ribo: 1. Franco gives me the estimate of installing floor right after he measures our apartment. Other contractors always say "Let me get back to you" and have us wait many days or disappear forever. 2. Franco picks up the floor and glue from the stores for me, so we don't need to wait a couple of days for delivery and we can start installing immediately. 3. I never need to push Franco. Every time I am in my new apartment, I am surprised how much work has been done! Great job! 4. Very easy to communicate. He understands what I need easily and provides us the right amount of information. I have to say Ribo makes the renovation a very pleasant work!

To start, Franco and his team are excellent, reliable and such a breath of fresh air in an otherwise awful industry where contractors always look to find ways to take advantage of their clients. Franco (owner of RIBO Construction), came out to look at the home I was buying within 24 hours of my initial call and gave me an exact quote for the work that I was requesting to have done (literally the exact number he quoted for labor was what I paid in the end). He set proper expectations for the timeframe it was going to take to get the requested work completed (4 to 6 days). This was when the magic started. Franco was able to pull an incredible crew together and knock out my whole house in two days. They patched and repaired my whole house and then came through and painted all the while with the moving company I hired bringing everything into the house. I am not a person who is easily impressed and I pay attention to detail, and they fulfilled my every expectation. Not to mention that right in the middle of the job my wife and I realized that one of the paint colors we chose was not the color we were looking for. We felt awful, but decided to ask to change the color. Franco assured us it wasn't a problem, even after his guys had laid the first coat down. Furthermore, as Franco and I were going through the house we noticed that the 1/4" round trim was butchered by the contractor from the previous owner when they refinished the floors. It jumped out to me and it jumped out to Franco. It didn't sit well with him, so he asked his best trim guys to go through my whole house and paint all the trim, on his dime! To say that I am pleased with the service is an understatement. To top it off, Franco does much more than just paint and he and I were already discussing future projects. I am so happy to find someone who cares about the client, the finished product and is someone you can trust with one of the largest purchases you will ever make (your home). I would recommend RIBO Construction to anyone.

Professional and courteous from the very beginning. Communication with Franco was responsive and timely. On the day of the job the painters were quick, efficient and did a good job. The project was to paint a 1 bedroom apartment and have it ready for new tenants. Price was fair and came a bit less compared to other price quotes. Painless process (which is important to me since I live a state away from the apartment). Franco followed up with me to see if everything went well . . . thought that was very conscientious and appreciated the idea of receiving feedback. Would highly recommend Ribo.

I purchased the 'Big Deal' for 3 rooms of interior painting with 2 coats. Painters did a good job and I added additional rooms for a negotiated price.

Ribo has done everything for me from sidewalks,steps all thru the entire home and up to the roof. In particular, great painting and sparkling, ceramic floors,walls, full bathrooms,doors,lighting, kitchens,Windows,siding,and roofing. Ribo has done it all for me with great results. Trust me, you can't go wrong with Ribo.

FRANCO was in charge of this work. He responded promptly to our request for an estimate, visiting us within a week of our first phone inquiry. He immediately put us at ease with his confidence and cooperative, professional style. The estimate was reasonable and within the range of other estimates received. He provided great advice regarding how to reconfigure the bathrooms and how the new closet would look. We chose him because of his expertise, confidence and reasonable price. We also visited friends who had used RIBO and saw that their bathroom renovation was top notch. All members of the crew were on time. competent, and pleasant to deal with. Questions or requests were handled politely and professionally. They were patient with some changes we requested such as the placement of the door to the closet and location of power outlets. We were always treated with respect. The tiler was patient! We laid out every tile on the floor of the guest room in the exact pattern we wanted on the walls. He graciously followed our layout, even changing a few tiles when they didn't look as well on the wall as they did on the floor! The crew did their best to control the dust and debris, hanging plastic sheeting and covering the floors. They cleaned up completely afterward and hauled away all the construction debris. SKILLThe completed work is fabulous and exceeds expectations. The bathroom is transformed from an old, dated bathroom into our hoped for "spa". The powder room is very elegant and the walk in closet is a dream. The new/changed walls look as if they were always in place. The quality of the work is excellent. DEL OF A BATHROOM We are definitely going to use RIBO again in future.

Franco and his team were very professional and did a great job painting my home! I had a short window of time between closing on my house and my move in and was concerned about timing but they hustled to get the job done for me in time. The paint job was excellent. I couldn't recommend them more!

Always on time and finish when promise

They were on time, friendly and did an awesome job. We had some damages to the deck which they fixed beautifully. They even blew leaves around the deck. We are very happy with the outcome.

The Ribo Construction team is amazing -- Franco, the owner, came to an apartment I had just purchased to give an estimate on the work requested, provided the estimate very quickly and got right to work the following Monday. I gave minimal direction -- basically picked out the stain for the floor and paint colors, and he went to work. I couldn't be there and check in while the work was going on, so Franco kept me updated on the status via text and email. I did stop in a couple of times after hours to check on their progress, and the team took great care in keeping the work areas clean and covered (floors were tarped while painting was going on). The other key thing is that they did work in a co-op building with minimal disturbance to my neighbors or building. When I have had contractors working in my apartment in the past, the building always called with a problem -- noise, odor from floor stain, not cleaning up the work area -- but I didn't receive one call from my building. There was also no on-site parking for Franco's team, and I know it was difficult for them to carry their equipment back and forth from street parking that was not close, but they never complained or even mentioned that it was an inconvenience. The results were far better than I expected, and I couldn't have been happier. Franco is a true professional, knows his business and does beautiful, quality work. I look forward to Franco renovating my bathroom and kitchen!

The preparation and primary coat in the sunroom, was very difficult, but Franco and the crew professionally worked to plan and completed on time. The prep. in all of the rooms covered up all outstanding nail holes and settling cracks. The team also sanded prior mistakes made by a previous painter. Franco adjusted his crews time to meet our changing timeframe. The experience is what you would expect from a professional.

There was a foul-up on the scheduling and when I called in the morning when no one showed up, they immediately recognized the problem and assured me they would come right over and complete the job, which they did. Nice work. We arranged that I would do some of the painting and they dropped the price. Would use them again anytime.

This was such a great experince! Franco, the owner, was very responsive, patient and accomodating. His price was fair and did everything he said he would do, and more. He said they would start on 4/6 and would take about three weeks. That is exactly what happened, despite us adding on projects. He and his crew showed up on time everyday and were very professional. We couldn't be happier with te work done and with our experience. We will definitely us him again for future projects.
