Franco and his team were very responsive at very busy time if the year. They did an excellent job prepping and painting the room. I could not tell where the areas were that they patched. They cleaned up the whole area. I would use Ribo again.

I can't recommend Ribo Construction and the owner Franco enough. He was the only contractor who said he could get our home renovation done in 60 days and it looks amazing. I will be using Franco for any future work as he is very responsive, the craftsmanship is excellent and when he says he will be there, he will be there. He always had a full crew at our house and sometimes even came in on Saturday when it was necessary. Franco always listened to any issues we had and fixed things in a very timely manner. His work crew was very courteous, cleaned up each day and went out of their way to help us out. Franco was very detail oriented and even pointed out things he wasn't happy with and had them redone. My favorite phase of Franco's is "no problem", anytime I called him about something I needed, that would be his response. I don't think you will find a better professional out there. He truly cares about his work and clients.

We would highly recommended Ribo Construction for any interior painting job. We worked with Franco to schedule an estimate of the work we wanted to get done before moving in to our new home. In addition to having the interior (main floor, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and basement painted with 8 different colors), we added shoe molding, had them remove tile and paint the fireplace doors, remove some wallpaper, fix 5 different doors in the house which didn’t close properly plus hang two light fixtures. Franco was able to provide a contract with a detailed line item estimate within hours of seeing the house. The estimate came back higher than we thought it would be but Franco explained it was a lot of work to be done which we did agree with. Plus, we had a tight timeframe as we wanted work to begin the day after we closed because we were moving in 8 days later. Ribo ensured it could be done and with a crew of 8 men, finished a day early exactly on budget. They also referred us to a carpet company who replaced carpet in 3 rooms before we moved in for a great price. We weren’t living in the house during the work, but stopped by a few times and the house was well taken care of and everything was cleaned up nicely upon completion. Even my father who used to be a painter was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Plus the Angie’s list discount is great. We plan to have Ribo back for other little projects around our home!!

We are very happy with the work Ribo did for us. Initially, we had a list of potential projections we may want to have done but ended getting all the things on our list because we saw that they did a really good job and their price was fair. It was quick and easy to make an appointment for Franco to give us a quote. They renovated our bathroom (changing out the toilet, sink, floor & shower tile, shower valve, etc). While replacing our foyer, they found a leak in our washer/dryer and fixed that for us also. We were very impressed with the work. The were some delays because of conflicts with other projects but the work was done quickly, in about two and a half weeks. Franco oversaw the project and was there to make sure things went well. The only thing that I would have wanted more communication and guidance ahead of time on what type and amount materials were needed in advance for planning purposes. Once the project started, communication was about what materials and what needed to get done was a lot easier and more specific. They also picked up materials for us, which was great. We would definitely use them in the future.

I contracted with Franco [Ribo Contractors] and his small team to do a complete bathroom renovation in my second floor bathroom. They did an amazing job despite the extremely HOT and HUMID weather we had this summer. KUDOS to these incredible workers!!! I found Franco and his crew to be responsive, meticulous, and very tidy and considerate. Once the job began, the crew worked daily until the project was complete. After obtaining the necessary permits and inspections, the job took approximately 4 weeks to complete. Franco was present everyday to inspect the work before the crew left for the day. A new shower stall was built from floor to ceiling. The tiling is impeccable, every corner is perfectly cut and spacing is uniform throughout. Some of the best work is behind the walls. They gutted the bathroom down to the beams, installed insulation throughout, added recessed lighting and an amazingly quiet exhaust fan. A new porcelain tiled floor and new plumbing was installed. Licensed plumbers and electricians were used. Franco advised me on various design details [installing marble saddle and shelves in the shower; paint color; grout colors; etc.] I was also pleased with Franco and his team's attention to detail. The lights, medicine cabinet, vanity, exhaust fan, and hardware are centered perfectly. At the end of the work day the team wiped down all surfaces, swept, and generally made the place livable again. Franco and his team are very easy to deal with, super responsive, and very respectful. I would recommend Ribo Construction without reservation!

Excellent job on everything Ribo Construction worked on. They even redid the driveway again when they didn't like how the sand had settled, and did this at their expense. Any issue or concerns were immediately addressed and fixed. My house looks brand new! Franco the owner listens to his customers. He was wonderful to work with. Helped with color and was patient when I changed my mind. Brought lots of samples for me to choose from. All of the crew were polite and hard working. A lot of the job was performed during very hot sunny weather, yet they always showed up and worked extremely hard. They are all excellent craftsmen, even my gutters look brand new. They took special effort to protect my windows during the painting process. They took out my screens, and then washed them before putting them back. They go the extra mile on every job. I would hire Ribo Construction again, as they are honest! A rare quality to find today.

The company was very professional since the time Franco came out to do an estimate till the completion of the job. Franco and his team did a great job with the interior painting and gave me realistic timeframes on completion. He was very responsive to emails and always got back to me in a timely fashion. He did my floor a year ago Christmas and the day after Christmas and it was wonderful he did a good job they came and finish what they were suppose to do on the next day everything was fine and then I called them to come and I wanted another area done and he didn't seem to became and e said that he would get back to me with and estimate because it was a funny small area and I never heard from him again.

As you can see by my rating, we were very happy with the work. They came when they said they would, were courteous and cleaned up when they were done.

Everything went great from start to finished. All request we made were granted and excuted beyond what we expected. Franco the owner was hands-on throughout the enitre renovation. Him and his team were punctual, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and went beyond the call of duty. They had all the floors in my home redone and stained to our liking, remodeled two bathrooms, and a kitchen. They did flawless interior and exterior sanding and painting. Where we had cracks and rough edges Ribo handled all the sanding and plastering, which made my walls look like new again. They upgraded my electrical box, installed ceiling fans and recessed lighting. I could go on and on but overall All looks WONDERFUL!! Totally satisfied and expect to use them in the near future.

I am a Do It Yourself kind of Guy. Painting houses is Among the many jobs I've taken on over the years. I have done enough to know when a job is simply too big to take on myself any more. When I look for help, I want somebody who is as demanding of themselves in their work, as I am in mine. Few contractors treat their work as if it was their own house. RIBO is one who does. We waited a little too long to commit the resources to repairing and painting our big house garage and carriage house, and so the amount of work that was necessary to put everything right turned out to be a lot more than if we had taken this on a few years ago. What impressed me most about RIBO was that without mentioning all the little things that I knew had to be addressed before the paint could go on was that Franco and his crews saw, and addressed everything that I knew had to be done - and more. Ours was a job where the preparation took more time than the painting itself - and the result shows how important that is. We completely changed the look of the house with color choices - as we had done before the last time we confronted this big job - and it has once more transformed the look of the house. To have a house that is 111 years old look like new is exciting, and impressive. RIBO was meticulous in clean up each day and the precision of the final paint job is what distinguishes a professional job from one done by summer vacationing college kids. It was completed in a little over half the time that I expected it - we had pretty good weather and RIBO was able to assign more than one crew to the job. They showed up when expected, and Franco supervised the job well. We had a good level of communication during the job, even sethough most of the time we were not at the house. RIBO is not a franchise operation with a big advertising budget and inconsistent quality - they are the real deal.

This is the second job Ribo Construction has completed for us and we cannot be happier with the outcome. We first hired Franco and his team several years ago to remove and repair several interior walls where construction adhesive had destroyed the walls after we removed large wall sized mirrors. We thought we would need all of the sheetrock completely replaced. However, Franco recommended they skim coat the walls and they would look like new. We hired him on the spot. He showed up the next day with his crew and worked for several days with several coats of compound and these walls are by far the best in the entire house. We more recently hired him again to paint the exterior of our home. He always shows up on time and updates you on the progress of the job. They repaired and even replaced many of the damaged cedar shake siding shingles, removed the shutters, power washed the house, etc... He recommended and used the proper paint for the concreate foundation, gutters, siding, and even replaced our old painted downspouts with brand new vinyl ones. He gave us an eight year guarantee on the job, something no one else was able to offer us. We are sometimes very critical during home improvement projects so we did have to point out some areas that needed more attention during the project, but Franco addressed each and every observation immediately and set our mind at ease during the work in progress. Franco and his team went above and beyond to make sure the project was not only complete, but that all elements of the house exterior looked great when they were done. It is very apparent that Franco is very proud of his work and it shows. Based on the professionalism and quality work we have experienced so far, we would recommend hiring Ribo Construction for your next project.

This is my first home and first time working with a contractor. I took to the internet, Angies list especially to find a highly regarded contractor. Angies list did not disappoint here. Ribo probably won't be the cheapest quote you receive but in return you will not have to worry about all those contractor horror stories you hear from your friends and family. Franco himself is a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy with his work. Francos workers were efficient, punctual, skilled, respectful and didn't leave a mess behind.
