Description of Work: We used Ribo for two services: they painted our family room to our full satisfaction. We then discovered that we had to replace the flooring in that same room. They did a very good job, showed up on time, were very pleasant, professional and careful in their work. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted the company and spoke with Franco. He was very accommodating with scheduling the estimate and arrived early the day of the estimate. Franco was very good at explaining what the big deal did and did not cover, which was consistent with my understanding - the deal only covers 200 square feet and only includes a clear waterproofing sealant. I need a solid stain and my deck is 375 square feet and I have stairs on my deck. The total quote was about $1250, which included a specialized paint that essentially waterproofs the wood for several years. The quote seems fair, especially given the special paint, but still more than I expected. I do not know if it is really a "big deal" or just a normal price. I am going to continue trying to go it alone... for now.

Description of Work: Power wash and stain deck, including 1 flight of stairs. They were a pleasure to work with--professional and punctual. I got a call back from the office the next day, and that same evening the owner came to my house to assess the project. Work was scheduled for the following week based on the weather forecast. Workers came exactly when Franco, the owner, said they would. The work was meticulous, and Franco came by twice during the course of the day to check in on things.

Description of Work: Showed up on time and was very neat. The only issue was that the $99 dollar deal advertised was for the walls only and did not include the ceiling or trim. To be fair they did tell me prior to coming that the ceiling and trim was not included. I just feel when you advertise the painting of a room most people would assume the ceiling and trim would be included. I never heard of anyone just painting the walls. Otherwise, the job was completed quickly and neatly.

Description of Work: Just after I purchased the service, I became ill, had surgery, poor recovery and had to cancel appointments. I am improving now, but cannot clear the room of enough furniture for the company to paint only the ceiling. I will tear the stitches again. |I explained this to the company. I must delay using their services for a few more weeks. They were to paint my large dining room ceiling (15x26) and/or part of another room is why I purchased 2 coupons. I am just physically unable to get the room ready for painting at the moment. What difference does it make to them if the coupon is used at another time? Had I known that I was going to get sick and have a bad recovery from surgery, I never would have bought the coupons. I am a disabled senior citizen. |

Description of Work: He provided snow removal. He charged $110 for a tremendous amount of snow and ice. He had to come back the following day to complete the job and he also threw down some salt which he did not charge me for. I would give him an "A".
