They showed up on time for each part of the job. The price quote for the job was exactly the amount we paid. Franco and his team were extremely professional, friendly and did an excellent job. I had every room painted in my home and the installation of the floor was great and neat. I would certainly recommend this company to any of my friends.

Franco arrived promptly at my home. He spent more than an hour with me, taking detailed measurements, discussing various processes and options and he impressed me with his knowledge. I was happy to find one guy who could handle all of the pieces of the job. He promised to email me his quote within a couple days. I gave Franco a week, then called to inquire why I hadn't heard from him. He told me my email address hadn't worked. I confirmed that he had the correct email address and he promised to send it again that same day. He did not. At that point, I should have walked away, but out of sheer curiosity, I called him again 2 weeks later. This time he again blamed my email address and promised that he would personally deliver the written estimate to my mailbox the next day. Again, all talk and no action. It was puzzling, because the time he invested in the initial visit to my home indicated that he was seriously interested in bidding on the job. If he wasn't interested in doing the job, he should have just said so instead of making up stories.
Description of Work: Franco came to my home to give me an estimate on a major remodeling job of my home, work to include plaster repair of ceilings, wallpaper removal, painting, refinishing of floors, staircase and woodwork.
