I had an amazing experience! I was a bit reluctant at first because it was such a great deal! They fit me in on schedule and were punctual! I had to have 4 bedrooms painted in my home that were all very bright colors. They did an incredible job. They were done within 5 hours and they left my home spotless. You would never know they had painted. Andres and Ruben were very professional and friendly. I added an extra room when they arrived and they were able to accommodate me. Since then I have recommended the construction company Ribo construction to my brother who has chosen them to add on a deck to his home. Go for it they are a dream to work with!

They were highly skilled, professional and timely. The company owner, Franco, also stopped by to see how thing were going. The clean up went smoothly and the workmanship was excellent.

Reliant was a very good experience for us. Franco was very responsive to our initial request for an estimate. He worked with us regarding our immediate requirement for having the work done quickly. He gave us a reasonable estimate. His crew were prompt, professional and thorough. They cleaned up after the job was done. We have only positive comments about the company. We will hopefully be using their services again in our future.

Franco and his team performed their work as promised . Work was done on time, and the quality of work performed on the property was better than any other contractors we used on our houses in Europe massachetues and New Jersey. We would use TiVo construction again for our next property. Also we would recommend other people taking a chance with ribo as they will be very happy with end product.

They said they would arrive on Monday and be there for 4 days; that is exactly what happened. They were punctual at 8 am every day; told us exactly what they would do for the day. Authentic! I plan to use them again for another project in the near future and highly recommend them!

Scheduling was a little crazy but mostly due to snow. When they arrived the first day and started work an unforeseen problem arose bringing job to a halt. Franco called immediately, got problem resolved and work continued the very next day ( which was a Saturday). The men stayed late and finished the shower area that day so bathroom could be used. Tile work was great and they insulated outside wall of shower even though it was not in the job scope. Very pleased with work and Franco's "I will take care of it " attitude.

The work was done professionally, neatly and accurately. The crew arrived early and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for this and any other type of home improvement work.

He was nice and polite. However I got multiple estimates and Ribo was by far the most expensive and I felt I was being ripped off. I ended up using someone for less than half the price who did a great job. I'd recommend shopping around if you are thinking about using this company.

The experience was great. Imagine the boss and two crew showing up at 8am the day after Christmas and working a full day. Then on the next morning one worker returned to do the final coat of poly. Aware of the dust that the sanding would create they carefully sealed all doorways and windows before they started. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and the results were wonderful. Just today someone familiar with how worn my twenty two year old floor had been, paid me a visit and was shocked. The comment? "It looks like a new floor!!" I look forward to having Ribo work on future projects.

The owner came with the painter and we went over everything that had to be done. He left. The painter did an excellent job. He periodically asked me to check the room. He cleaned up everything. I would use Ribo Construction again.

I purchased the Angie's List deal of 3 rooms for $349. Within an hour or two, the owner Franco called and we discussed the work. It got scheduled for the very next day which I thought was awesome. Franco and his crew (two additional men) showed up precisely on time. We reviewed the work again and there were no surprises or hard up-sells. I knew that the AL deal didn't include trim but I wanted it done in the dining room and I paid a small amount more. Reasonable. Work came out rather good. Neat job, careful crew. I will call Franco again to do some more rooms sometime soon.

Ribo construction was great. We found him through Angie's list and hired him for his painting deal. He did such a great job, was quick, cleaned up every day, and had great quality. After that we hired him to install new floors and retile our fireplace. He then did our master bath remodel and it came out amazing. We then hired him to remodel our kitchen. He handled problems quickly, was easy to work with, was honest and fair with his prices, and had great ideas. He was very quickm our master bath took only 13 days and it was a massive remodel. I was nervous hiring someone from Angie's list but so thankful I found Ribo. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for an honest and quality contractor.

They were excellent and I would use them again. They explained the procedure and and were very professional. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and showed up when they said they would. Very happy with them

Great...best estimate I got and stuck to it. Also, crazy time for me and he dealt with me being all over the place and losing my mind a few times during the process. Super nice, finished earlier than expected, and completely cleaned up.

It went very well and I am completely satisfied. I had removed the wallpaper myself and called Franco for an estimate. I noticed the specials Angie's list advertised but since they didn't include, trims, ceilings or doors, etc. I decided to pay the price he asked which I think was definitely worth it, especially after I asked him to come back to go over one wall and they graciously came back and went over areas I requested, at no extra charge. The crew was very professional and neat and cleaned up. I just love the look and I definitely recommend Franco and his crew. We had good communication and he was reliable as far as responding and showing up on time.

Avoid this time waster. This deal is a bait & switch. $399 for 3 12x12 rooms angies deal that I purchased beforehand that this provider was supposed to execute was not honored, and during the walk-through he wanted $1300. I waited a week for him to come by when I could have found someone else by then. My job was less than 3 rooms, mainly waterspots from a leaky roof, an easy job in my estimation, probably 7 wall/ceilings instead of the 12 walls that the deal included, however he started making up all sorts of extra costs (primer, covering the furniture, moving the furniture, some wall tape repair, etc). Total bait and switch offer, not a real offer. keep this in mind when purchasing or avoiding.

We started off looking for a contractor, just someone to come an do the work we wanted. Pay them, and go our separate ways. However, we walked out of this experience with Ribo, having made a trusted and respected family friend. We would recommend Ribo and Franco (the owner) to everyone we know. The experience was outstanding for the following reasons: 1) Franco/Ribo Construction's workmanship is excellent. - The team pays great attention to detail in all aspects. All the paint lines where the ceiling meets the wall were professionally done, and the lines were perfectly crisp. - The tile work and wood floor installation was also done very well. Absolutely no squeaking on any of the floors where Ribo re-tiled. - The bathroom tiles were also done perfectly, with all the tiles lining up, and well cut edges. 2) They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers: - We bought a frameless shower door from Lowe's, but made an error in our measurements, so the door did not fit. I tried to return the door myself, but it wouldn't fit in my SUV. Franco volunteered to help us return the door at Lowe's!!! He had no obligation to do it, and he invested significant time and effort just to help us out. - Additionally, his responsiveness is amazing. He returns your calls promptly (within a few hours), and returns your emails within 24 hours. It's also very simple to set up an in-person meeting with him. 3) Prices are fair

Initially found Franco to provide estimate on painting. We ended up hiring him for painting entire interior of house, tiling backsplash and hardwood flooring for entire house after he gave us some great recommendations. The entire job was done on time despite we added additional work as things evolved. Franco was great to work with and his price was reasonable. I look forward to use his services again.

The contractor, despite saying that he was interested in the work and promising to provide us an estimate, never provided us with an estimate. If the contractor was not interested in doing the work, then please just let us know. Please be accountable.
