+ -1 moreKen came the same day I called him for an estimate. He inspires confidence. He gave me the Senior Discount and a deal was struck. It was agreed he would come the next day while I was not at home and take the trees down and handle the stumps, which he did. My yard was cleaned up of every branch and log. I was very very pleased with the results and the price. Beverly his wife could not have been nicer. She called for billing information the next day. I highly recommend Ken's Tree Service.
Description of Work: Three trees removed, two stumps ground down below grade level, one stump cut on angle as the tree had grown through a fence.

Description of Work: estimate on trimming tre damage done by the storm last October. Three trees with 10 or so branches needing trimming.

I realize that this time of year is the busiest time for this company, but he should not have told me that he would correct the problem by replacing the 15 to 18 large pieces and to put them aside. After 3-4 repeat calls to Ken and being told the same answer was not satisfactory as I was not in a hurry to take care of the problem. My 4-5 phone calls was over a 3-4 week period with no results. He never called or came to replace the large pieces.
Description of Work: I've been ordering wood every year for at least 10 years from Ken's trees for my winter supply of firewood, and every year I complained That his wood is too large for my fireplace and please try to give me the smaller pieces because my fire box is on the smaller size. Well this past delivery took the cake, not only was my same complaint as in past years but in addition I received 15-18 Pieces that were longer than 30 inches. I called Ken several times and told him of the problem and he said to put those pieces on the side and he would come over to pick Them up and replace them. After 4-5 calls to ken he never came to exchange those extra large pieces. So I stopped calling Ken's For firewood.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: Has come to my home twice....once in an emergency after a wind storm split a tree in my fron tyardand was laying on the electrical wires....Ken came right away and cut up tree and hauled away remains....came back a few days later after taking care of other people after this wind storm and grinded the stump A few months ago he came to my home and cut back a tree that was leaning over my house. He was prompt and gave me a fair price for this

+ -1 moreTHEY DO QUALITY WORK. THEY DID IT EXACTLY HOW WE WANTED IT DONE. THEY ALSO DID IT IN A TIMELY FASHION. I CALLED THEM UP AND SPOKE TO THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THEY SENT SOMEONE TO DO THE WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH IT.
