+ -1 moreJoe and his team are fantastic. Even when it’s the busy season, he finds time to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the work and that things are continuously running smoothly. He follows up with phone calls and makes sure to always get back to you. Highly recommend J’s Pools for all your pool needs!! Customer service on point!
Description of Work: We thought our liner needed to be reset because there was so much water behind it, but it ended up being our pump that needed to be primed in order the drain out the water and suck back the liner.

+ -1 moreAfter draining my pool and addressing all the repairs that were needed, Joe made plans to begin the work. Joe stopped responding to my calls and text messages after he was advised that I only wanted him to renovate the pool and NOT the patio/paver area around the pool. I can only speculate that was the issue because the last time Joe and I spoke, he vehemently stated that his mason "knew what he was doing." I don't know if that meant less money in Joe's pocket since I was using my own mason but nevertheless it was very unprofessional to fail to inform me what his issues/concerns were that prevented him from working on my pool which caused a huge delay in me finding another pool company with the availability to work on my pool since I waited to hear back from Joe for weeks which was at the height of pool service season. VERY unprofessional.
Description of Work: Joe promised to do a complete restore and renovation on my pool that was in serious need of repair. Initially, Joe was great and made an effort to assess the repair work needed and showed up when he said he would. Then, all of a sudden, Joe stopped responding to text messages and phone calls. I could never figure out why he never followed up on the job.
