Not that great
Description of Work: I asked them to replace an outside faucet. They said they could not sweat it off from the outside ( I don't know why not) and had come inside and cut pipe and cut into my sheetrock. Ending up costing me more and now I have the sheetrock to repair.

Response from Angler Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning
[Members Name]'s purchase through Angie's list had a series of stipulations stated in "the fine print" section of the promotion. It stated that any piping repair or replacement would incur additional charges.His outside hose faucet was welded to the half-inch copper pipe leading inside of the house. It could not be unsweated from the outside because the torch would have been in direct contact with the siding charring the outside of the house and possibly creating a fire. Which isn't the way to go. The only way to replace the faucet was to locate the pipe on the inside of the house, cut it and sleeve in a new faucet. Mr. [Members Name] had a finished basement with sheet rock on the walls and ceilings, in order to gain access to the pipe the sheet rock needed to be opened. He was informed that the hole will be very neat and that we will not be repairing the hole that he would need to hire a person to fix it. The entire process was fully explained to Mr. [Members Name] and the price was given for the work. He approved the work. He also was notified that I would honor the $69 purchase through Angie's list taking $69 off the total price. At Angler Plumbing & Heating we always strive for A ratings, go above and beyond for customers and everything is explained before all jobs are performed. No work would be performed without the process fully explained and the homeowner approving. The work was completed exactly how it was explained and done very well. Mr. [Members Name] paid the balance the job was completed. I'm very sorry Mr. [Members Name] did not have an A rated experience, declining the job was also an option and a refund could've been provided by Angie's list.
