Angler Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning

Came into work in the morning and the entire back door area was flooded... It was the hot water heater. Called Fabian and he had someone over in less than an hour. Not just that they replaced the heater within a few hours, they also went to get the new one and found out the old one was still under warranty, so we paid nothing!!! I used them at my home too. Love these guys!!!

My husband called him this morning and explained that our hot water heater seemed to be leaking. Fabio said he has a job scheduled this morning, but can come by as early as this afternoon to check it out. He showed up in the afternoon as he stated, took a look at the tank and showed my husband where the leak was coming from. He said that most hot water heaters last between 10-15 years, since it's 12.5 years, we should replace it now. Then, he provided some options and quotes based on questions about the household. Not sure that we got a great deal, but we know that it wasn't too overpriced. He showed up same day, cleaned up the water that did leak, and finished the job in a couple of hours. This is the second time we've used him and trust him to get the job done We would definitely call him again if the need arised.

There was 130 dollars added on to the 69 dollar deal. I paid the 69 dollars with the understanding that, that would get the faucet replaced but then they showed up and had to do hard work essentially replace the faucet and needed to charge me close to double what I paid for just to get them to come to my house. So when I thought I was spending 70 dollars, it ended up costing me 200 dollars. It cost me 3 times what I wanted to pay in the first place. They did a good job but I wouldn't hire them again because of the cost that I incurred. The price that was offered was fair but I think the final price was unfair.

They came out on time. Unfortunately, they ended up charging me another $300. They installed a different type of faucet. From what I got from the website, it seemed as if I'd only be charged for additional materials but it looked like they charged me for additional labor. They weren't that very long. I used them shortly afterwards. They charged me for additional labor. I'm not sure if that's in line with the Angie's List rules.

It went good. They could explain more in deep detail of what they're going to do. The price was good. I would use them again because of the work that they did. They did good work.

Everything went fine the only downside I say is that they do not work on the weekends so you definitely have to make sure that even you're going to work late or you have the day off during the week in order for them to come out

Went very smoothly. The plumber showed up right on time diagnosed the problem and took care of it! The customer service was top notch and the price was very good, I had estimates that were a couple hundred more. I will certainly use Angler plumbing in the future and highly recommend them.

Great professional experience from start to finish. Purchased package however pipe was broken they quickly assessed the situation, reviewed them with me and discussed options and cost. Provided tips on what to do during the summer and winter season to avoid any future problems. Going forward they are my plumbers. I can stop looking now. One less thing to worry about.

Although I had purchased one of the Angie's list deals, my job was more complicated. I had had a frozen and broken pipe last winter that was repaired by someone else, so he had to cut the pipe and weld it. He applied the deal to the price. He recaulked it neatly. He clearly explained exactly what he was doing.

Fabian was able to perform the service two business days later. He arrived 25 minutes early, which was great appreciated, quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my outdoor faucet. Thanks!

Services were well performed.

What an excellent experience. Because it was a hot water heater, I was made a priority and they came that day to check the model, location etc. The unit was in stock at their supplier and they were able to come the next day to install. After removing the behemoth (as Fabian called it) from my basement, it was promptly picked up and removed. The installation was explained prior to taking place and everything went as stated. The surrounding area was spotless afterwards --- better than it was before. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Fabian, and in fact I have already.

Everything went very well. He called right before he came and showed up a few minutes before the 1pm appointment time. Mario was very friendly and professional. He replaced the pipe and checked to see if there were any other leaks as he noticed there was alot of water on the ground. He also saw that the pipe was really clogged and snaked the kitchen and bathroom pipes. Everything drains so quickly now! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Sink is about 50 years old and has been repaired several times. The threads on the hot faucet handle were completely worn out and there was a constant steady stream of water. Fabian came exactly when he said, evaluated it and said he would have to try to get the correct part at a plumbing supply store. He was gone for over an hour and it turned out he had to go to three different places before getting the correct part. He finished the job quickly and it now works perfectly. Fabian is a great guy, very intelligent, respectful, and easy to work with. He's easily the best plumber we have used since we've been here, which is over thirty years. We would recommend him to anybody who wants quality work done at a very reasonable price with absolutely no hassle.

they were supposed to replace the hose faucet. However, there were a few issues (that I didn't know of) that needed to be repaired first. They charged me a very fair price to fix the issues and replace the faucet
