I missed this AngiesList review because they changed the name to Glass Dynamix and the address is now 400 Windsor Drive, Englewood, NJ.
EACH of the reviews is 100% true. Joel now has a "brother-in-law" who calls  himself different names such as Anthony Russo and Frank. He is obnoxious and rude. The website he is currently using to peddle his trade is  www.allframelessshowerdoors.com
Be VERY CAREFUL of this guy.
We were very lucky in that we did not give Frank 100% of the payment upfront and held on to 50%. The partial payment meant he had to come and install the glass otherwise he would not get paid. He made multiple attempts by screaming, bellowing, threatening and making references to my family for the 100% payment upfront but we persisted and refused to send him checks, demand drafts, cashiers checks, cash etc. His installer came and completed the work.
One more bit of info -- the insurance certificate for Glass Dynamix has a E.Perez on it. I really don't know who is who when it comes to this business.
The installer is from a company called Five Star Glass Services (www.5starglasssvc.com). His name is Tarik Williams. He is reasonably pleasant but oddly both companies have the exact same address of 400 Windsor Drive, Englewood, NJ.
My advice, stay away from anyone doing business with this address and with names such as Glass Dynamix and Five Star Glass Services.

This company has undergone several name changes in the past 2 years(from It's All Glass to J & L Mirror & Glass to All Glass Services to its current name Glass Dynamix.  The owner remains the same namely Mr Joel Tobia.  Their method of operation has remained the same: offer a super low price along with a lifetime guarantee.  The lifetime guarantee goes out the window once the old firm goes out of business.  Unfortunately the quality of their work  begs for a lifetime guarantee: they measure with a regular tape measure as opposed to laser measurements that their competitors use. our entire project moved as we opened and closed the shower door, they were going to install the glass panel against the border until my wife instructed them that the industry practice is to cut a slit in the border and then fit the panel inside the slit and against the tiles to minimize the gaps, etc....  They demand full payment before beginning the final phase of the project, leave the home, ostensibly for lunch or to make a parts purchase, never return and then demand more money in order to complete the project.  Mr Tobia makes no effort to resolve the problem and will insult You, lie and throw obscenities at You w/o hesitation.  The only way to resolve the dispute is to take him to court.  Hopefully the company still exists when you sue him.  Stay away.  If the owner is Joel Tobia -Stay away !!!!.  His last 2 addresses were 203 Nedellec Drive and 201 Hackensack Ave both  in Saddle Brook NJ 07601.

Started out okay and didn't have any problems because he came quick and was reasonable, but doesn't follow through with such SIMPLE problems. AIR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION. He has changed his business name several times because of people complaining. BEWARE. He also claimed that a certain store was his and discovered it wasn't when I stopped in. Also said his business has been in business for other 30+ years. All lies. Has lots of other problems with the law.

Joe came to house to measure for glass shower enclosure.  I told him that the enclosure needed to be dead center of the saddles.  He assured me that it would be.  When I cam home to look at the enclosure, I found that one side of the enclosure was significantly off-center, so the enclosure looks ridiculous.  I called up joe and politely asked him to come over to take a look at the enclosure and repair it.  What i got in return was a tirade.  He refused to listen and became abusive.  When I told him that I did not care to have those conversations any further, he called the house numerous times and then had his worker call the house numerous times.

One other thing is that when my wife spoke with him before all of this he was very nasty and condescending towards her.  She got very upset.

It is interesting to see that the other reviewer had the exact same experience with these guys.  Beware.

Joe was at my house within a couple hours to take the measurements. He was very nice during the estimate of the work. We sat down went over payment for the work and I paid him upfront. Called over the weekend to say he would be bringing the glass Monday. They showed up on time, workers came to install and finished the job. I was told to have no water in the bathroom. I hired a tile worker to do work in the same bathroom. My tile worker accidentally hit the faucet while working and spilled a bit of water. This caused a problem with some of the work Joe's company had done. I know the problem was due to my tile worker error. I contacted Joe kindly and asked if he could come over to adjust some of the problems caused by the water. Joe was very upset with me and had me in tears because of the way he was speaking to me. I was forced to hang up on him due to the way he was speaking. I was very upset with the way this was handled. I told Joe that I never wanted him to do work in my house again and got off the phone. He continued to call me over and over again. I finally called him back when I was calm, Joe asked me to have my boyfriend handle my problems in the future. He still has not let me explain the situation with the bathroom. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.
