After having several referred plumbers previously come for a problem I had with my Navien combi-boiler no one was able to resolve it. I called Absolute Plumbing & Precision. David told me he would come as soon as possible. He arrived within a couple hours. He was understanding to the situation, assured me he would do whatever it took to solve it, and after hours of time spent he was able to pinpoint my issue. I feel very fortunate to have a plumber who is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate to my situation. If I could give David more than five * * * * * stars I would for the quality of service and. professionalism. I’m very grateful for the time and commitment he had given. I completely recommend Absolute Plumbing and I will call again for any related issues in the future. Thank you for everything!!

They did an excellent job. They came out the same day and were right on time. They fixed the problem and the washer is working perfectly now.

Very well, came very next day firsth thing in AM. I had some I knowledge on approx how much job should be and they honored the max price I was willing to pay. He not only replaced the flush valve he also replaced the tube from toilet to wall and piece that was bent. Works was quick and efficient and whistling toilet sound is gone. Price of $120 included labor plus the flush valve it’s bc I purchased one that would not work for my type of toilet.

David was great. The first time we called him he knew to ask us to call the water heater company to request the parts needed so that he would not have to come twice and charge us twice for house calls. Once we got the parts from the company it turned out it was another issue altogether and we had to call and order the other part again. That ended up being a situation with the water heater company. They didn’t send the part when they said hey would and we ended up getting to the holidays and the weekend. David understood our situation and did his best to try and help find the parts outside of the company. He wasn’t able to, but we appreciated that he made the calls and put in the effort. When we finally got the right part, he installed it perfectly and charged us only for the one house call. He was always punctual, polite and responsive to our texts. Great company to work with!
