 + -1 moreThey are private and they help you. They don't give you a lot of red tape. They deliver the product, assemble it and patch it up however you want and take away the old. They are very easy to work with. They are very convenient for me and they are always on time and very helpful. It's a small store, but they have a large variety of appliances.

Description of Work: I wanted a bottom freezer refrigerator and they were the only store I could find what I wanted. Sales people were quite helpful and located what I wanted. My only problem was the appointment for delivery was set up for Wednesday. In the middle of that day, I got a phone call to let me know my refrigerator was not on the truck, they forgot to call earlier and it would be delivered the following day. I had already made arrangements with my job to be home and now I needed a second day.

 + -1 moreI wanted a refrigerator with a water dispenser but didn't have a standard size opening. I wasn't sure if the refrigerator I had wanted, would fit in the space. It's an old house and the entrance to the kitchen, had an old fashioned swinging door which separated the kitchen from the dining room. I asked Eddie if someone would be able to come and measure, just to be sure it would fit. Eddie said he would have someone come and do that for me, at no charge. The installers who came, told me the exact measurement which I would need to be able to install it. They had to take the swing door off, which they told me upfront. This was an old door and was bolted down. They removed the door, took the old refrigerator, installed the new one and put the door back. Even though the bolts were rusted, there was no damage to the door or doorway. The customer service was excellent and the installers were incredible. I plan on getting all my appliances from Lanni in the future.

 + 0 moreI needed to replace a room air conditioner that never did do the job to my satisfaction. I went to Lanni's (at a friend's suggestion) and couldn't have been more pleased. I told them what my situation was and based on my needs and expectations they recommended the air conditioner that would be best suited for me. They delivered and installed the new air conditioner when they said they would, did an excellent job and the price was right!!I I could not have been more pleased from the moment I entered their store to the installation...each person I had to deal with were both pleasant and professional!

Description of Work: I asked him to look at our dishwasher to estimate the cost to repair it and what part was necessary to conduct the repair. He charged me $75 to just come over to my house, and in 5 minutes told me what part I needed and he would order it. A week later he called back to tell me that the part could only be ordered from Sears, because I had a Kenmore dishwasher. Well, Duh, I already knew that! I thought he WAS ordering the part from Sears. He never told me he was trying to order it from somewhere else! So, he told me what part to order from Sears. I called Sears and tried to explain the part to the woman on the phone, but it was very difficult. So, I ended up having to DRIVE to the parts store in Lodi and explain it in person. Well, the reason it was so difficult to explain, was because he had given me the WRONG PART. He was telling me I needed an outside panel, but in fact, I needed an inside panel to go behind the outside panel he had described. I ordered the part that Sears suggested, hoping that it MIGHT be the right part, because Sears assured me that I could return it if it was not what I needed. When we received the piece, my husband installed it himself, and the dishwasher now works beautifully. As an additional note, two weeks after my husband installed the part, the guy from Lanni called to know if I had gotten the part in yet and when he could come to install it (of course for another huge fee). I told him that it was too late and that the part, which wasn't even the one he told me to get, was already installed by my husband. I will not use Lanni's service again

They've always been very responsive and have reasonable prices and are nice to talk to. It's nice, small and personal. It's a place that doesn't give you a headache when you go there.

 + -1 moreI can tell you that without a doubt, this company delivers on time. The owner quotes prices for you over the phone if you can tell him the number of the product you are interested in. He is a wonderful person and if you opt not to buy from him, he is still nice about it. If you have any questions, he takes the time to answer them. It is a wonderful business he's got that is not particularly large or anything like that but they just know what they are doing, they please you, they are helpful and nice, and I think the world of them.
Description of Work: We bought our dishwasher, double oven, microwave and refrigerator from this appliance sales center in our area and in total we are talking about a bill that exceeded three thousand dollars.
