+ 1 moreKen is a very courteous and reasonable contractor. He supervised all of his workers to make sure that everyone was doing the right thing. His workers always showed up on time and they were very courteous as well. All windows and supplies arrived on time and he always kept me posted. I will use KBM Construction again in a heartbeat. All work was meticulously done to my satisfaction. He always asked me whether I'm pleased and if there's anything that he could do for me. The work took a couple of months due to certain weather conditions but he always worked around my schedule.
Description of Work: Started with pumping out my entire basement after Superstorm Sandy. Ken also helped out my next door neighbor who's a senior citizen. I then contracted him to replace 12 windows and a back door and to also restore the exterior of my concrete stucco house and garage to mint condition.
