He came in to repair the Water heater but it was the air conditioning that was leaking. He fixed that. He also gave me instructions on how to take care so that such leaks do not happen again

Within an hour of posting my repair needed Fred called and left a message with his cell phone so I could get back to him. When I called him back we had encountered an additional problem - now we needed repair of waste pipe leaking and a new hot water heater!! Fred arrived a little before noon and took care of everything before 5. We could not ask for faster service. When I called to ask for details, Fred was more than willing to explain in layman's terms what I wanted to know. Excellent job, very satisfied, would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Job is incomplete As They ordered a part two weeks ago, however I had to call them for a status update. Customer service needs improvement

Fred is amazing, after the storm I lost two boilers and 2 hotwater tanks, he did not try to gouge me he gave a price he came in and did the job. Who does that...Fred will be my plumber from now on.

Called him to replace two old washer water valves. Arrived promptly (I have never had a service tech arrive on time before!). Was patient scheduling around my insane schedule. Did the work quickly (20 minutes). Charged what seemed to be a fair rate. Quick and easy, why can't they all be like this? I would recommend and I will use again in the future.
