Overall satisfactory work, but it did take a few days for them to complete the job. Meticulous about cleaning out firebox. Would still recommend them. Just ensure you spell out all the work to be done.

Company arrived promptly and gave me a reasonable quote for gutter cleaning and repair. They completed the job quickly, but when it rained two days later, I found out that the two holes that I asked them to repair were still leaking as much as before!

Extremely responsive from first contact through project completion. Seemed to do a thorough job including clean up. Looking at roof, can not tell where repair was made (This is a positive.). Because this was an "emergency" job, cannot comment on price/value.
