He was very polite and responsive in his communication. I requested three companies recommended by Home Advisor for the estimates and recommendations. He was the best in terms of repair suggestions and way more reasonable in pricing compared to others. I highly recommend him for any roof/chimney related work.

My roof incurred damages after a storm due to poor works by the previous owner (property investor). A1 was prompt, courteous, and was able to perform additional works on the house siding. I'm a new home owner so it is hard for me to benchmark quality or value and ironically it hasn't rained for about 3 weeks after back-to-back storms so I cannot yet vouch for durability - but the roof looks good and I was given a 5-year warranty. The repairs were a bit higher than the benchmark prices on HomeAdvisor - but the service was great and assuming no issues with quality in years to come, I would use them again.
