Had a small siding repair job. They sent out a guy with his wife and he just put 3 nails into the siding and charged $250. I could have done that myself. Was really looking for more of a professional repair.

Tom came out quickly to provide an estimate & provided reasonable price & completed the work promptly. Also fixed an issue that popped up after wards right away.

Excellent job! Showed up on time and started working right away. They were extremely professional and reasonable with the price. They identified an additional issue with the gutters after the job was complete. Instead of charging for a new job, they took into account what they did already and charged a very reasonable amount to fix the additional issue. They were honest, responsible, and reliable. I would certainly use them for future projects and recommend them to others!

Prompt and professional

Job involved roofing and extensive chimney repairs. There was some urgency and we were impressed that Tommy responded to our request immediately. He and his team were courteous, very friendly and completely professional. The roofers and mason were very skilled...did everything promptly and professionally. We were kept informed about the extent of the repairs and progress of the work, etc. Overall, they did a great job. We were completely satisfied in every way. We already have a masonry repair project for our patio planned with Tommy for the Spring. Would definitely recommend them.

Tommy has been at my house three times. The work is excellent and the cost is quite reasonable. The first time was a roof repair. The response was quick and the work was completed in three hours.

Tommy is Amazing! Treated my roof and chimney repair as it were his own house. He was always on time and even started my job on a Sunday! SUNDAY! Who does that? Tommy does! I had a leaking roof. The office called me right away and set up an appointment for a technician to take a look. Tommy came down and inspected the roof and suggested a solution. The next day he returned with a helper and the work was done very professionally and neat. I'm waiting for the rain to start to see if they really did find where the leak was happening.

When I developed a leak in my roof they were able to come out and look at my property within a week. Tommy was prompt, courteous and professional in the way he handled our transaction. He actively supervised the crew when they made the repairs and left a very clean site when complete. I am unable to comment on the long term results since that is something only time can tell but I am very happy with the way the work was performed. As for value, Tommy was the only contractor able to come out and get the job done, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it feels about right.

Needed them for a minor roof repair. They showed up quickly with everything needed already on the truck, gave a great price, offered to do some additional maintenance for free, and took care of everything today (all in about 30 minutes). Honest and genuine guys. Very happy! Would definitely recommend/use again in the future.

I called them for an estimate for cleaning out our gutters. Their service was very prompt, today being a Sunday. Tommy came on time, had a look, determined the work to be done, and was honest about the pricing. He admitted that our gutters weren't as bad as they normally are and required a teensy bit cleaning. He was very easy to talk to. He gave us some pointers on roof repairs and was on his way.

I would highly recommend A1 to anyone looking for fast, quality work!! We had a leak during a recent rainstorm. Tommy was at my house within 20 minutes of my contacting them via an internet search. It was a Saturday morning. He got up on the roof, gave me an estimate and came back the very next day (Easter Sunday!) to complete the job! He came back the following day formoawnt and to double check his work. I could not believe how fast they got here and for the job done! Amazing work!

Tommy showed up when he said he would. He did the job when he promised and finished when he said he would. Very nice man, personable, thorough and reliable. If I ever have an emergency I would call Tommy first; I am confident that he would come through.

Very professional. Tommy was the only one that went up on the roof to actually see what was going on and took photos to show me. They were the most expensive, but so many more issues needed fixing than what the others saw and gave estimate for. Very pleased with their work. Will use again.

They did a great job, but it was more than I wanted to spend. That said, they are a quality outfit and I would recommend them.
