 + -1 moreHe does not return my calls. He would reschedule and he would not show up. He would not follow up with me or call me back. He might have had personal problems, but he did not contact in regards to not showing up.
Description of Work: I contacted him to schedule an appointment. He had come out and measured my patio. I was looking to have work done on my patio.
