It's been almost a year since we first contacted Tom Santry. He only performed services when he was really pushed to do so. He was paid for his services when we assumed that he had completed the project. HE HAD NOT. Months have gone by since and after many requests for completion or our money back have gone unanswered. We have given up, and now need to hire another professional. Taking him to small claims seems to be our only option.

It was great, I answered some questions on the phone prior to Mr. Santry coming out and doing the survey. I did not have to be home and the results were ready in a very reasonable time.

I needed an elevation certificate performed to raise my house after Hurricane sandy. He said the work would take up to 2 weeks.He had the work completed within 2 weeks. The communication was good. I will definitely use him again when I need to have my new elevation certificate performed. The staff was kind and courteous as well.

Thomas P. Santry is very professional, and does good work. He is accurate, professional, and on time. He is everything that you would expect from a service provider. I will use him again in the future.
