I was very happy with the work that was done by Mars Tech & would absolutely use them again. I had a new water heater installed & a few other misc electrical issues completed. Let's face it, having to purchase & have a new water heater installed is not the the kind of thing you look forward to. However, every step of this process was simple and hassle-free. The owners came out to do the estimate, they were punctual, dressed in clean/neat uniforms, personable and professional. The techs were knowledgeable, efficient and showed respect for my home by leaving my basement cleaner than it originally was! It's nice to know that they are a full-service company because I have a list of electrical and plumbing issues that need addressing & will certainly be calling them back again.

They arrived on time, were curteous and explained what they were going to do. We neat and left the house as they found it.

this is a renovation from h***. this reno is still going on as we speak. we started work on September 17th on my 7.5x5 ft bathroom. until i asked about permits they had no intention of getting them. the first people working on my house advised that they were an electrician but they were doing plumbing work. it took 4 weeks to get the house inspected because Nelson did not apply for the permits before starting work on my house. They failed hte framing inspection and took a week to fix the 3 things that they failed for. He advised once they passed that we would take 4-5 days max to complete the project. Well it is now friday and they failed ot show up on monday , only worked a half day uintil 1 on tuesday. they took all day to put up basically 2 pieces of sheetrock. to move my laundry they had to open up my fwall and ceiling and they broke up the pieces ot the ceiling and wall and then advised they are not responsible to replace them. this company is very unprofessional and i regret ever hiring them to work on my house. i only hope they actually show up and complete this renovation since i already gave them a large sum of money to work on my house. Buyers beware of this company.
