+ 0 moreWe are in the process of waiting for him to do the service. He is a local and seems to have a good reputation in the area. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about as he walked through the steps. He was highly responsive on coming out with the quote. I can't answer now if I would get a quote from him in the future. I have been waiting 3 weeks for service and it would really depend on his performance when he does finally come out to do the work.
Description of Work: Mark Anderson Plumbing gave us a verbal estimate on raising the well and chlorinating the well.

+ -1 moreI had a drainage back-up issue that Anderson responded to immediately, came to my home and determined he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the necessary equipment. He recommended another company that had the proper equipment to fix the problem. He charged me nothing. The company he recommended was just as prompt and did indeed fix the drain problem as predicted.
Description of Work: Examined all basement, laundry and kitchen drains and outfall to identify the cause of the drains backing up.
