Description of Work: He removed aluminum on dormer, installed new flashing, installed new shingles and reinstalled the siding AND ever since we have had leaks!!

Description of Work: This company has been performing maintenance on our town home community for 11 years, that I know of. I, myself have been in the building trades business for over 16 yrs. Carpenter,superintendent, project manager, ect... This company leave very little to be desired. Get ready for this and head my warning. 10 yrs ago this contractor started performing maintenance tasks on our buildings. I have been here since 06-2007. We live in a coastal area. This Company has been painting the same buildings every year sometimes twice a year. He has painted our south facing wall 7 times since 2007 No JOKE! He is a money pit, the likes I have never seen. You see, he also replaces windows, and owns a Property management company E and C management. I have noticed that his workers never have the proper tools,ladders or scaffolding required to complete these tasks effiieantly and properly. They do not nor have they ever washed the walls(salt,pollutants,dirt ect.. prior to painting. I say painting because he has never used a separate primer. Note: paint with primer in it, can only be used on new unpainted or completely striped wood. Thus, his paint jobs last around 6 to 9 months max. I spoke with a window companies tech. support team (Anderson). They advised me that the metal flanges on there windows are not guaranteed. He said " I would give them 3yrs max. He continued, If the exterior fasade is not caulked and painted properly The flanges will degrade and the windows will leak. Glen partuch has been replacing everybody windows since then. The people that live here (16 units) Do not have a clue as to the damage this company has done to our high end town homes. (we paid 1.2 million for ours) It is really sad to me that my good neighbors still to this day use this guy. He is a very good B.S'r . they are starting to realize now. You see, he has many immigrants working for him who in my opinion are underpaid,lack the proper tools I could go on. In closing, My experience with this guy is one of the worst in my life. His manners,professionalism, morals, and values leave little to be desired. Glen partuch shows a huge lack in care and concern. The big money is in the windows, So lets destroy the exterior fasade and replace all the windows, the crappier the job, the quicker the windows leak,get it. I will not speak about the trim job or the fact that the windows he installed before we moved in, They leak and have structural defects, cracking the dry wall already. Trust me, this company is not for you.
