They were fast and efficient! The owner came over to our home himself and assessed the situation. He was very thorough and explained everything to us, so we wouldn't have any surprises!

They arranged for the permit, came and performed the work when they said they would, how they said they would and in a professional manner, as they said they would. They had the right equipment for a touchy situation and knew how to use their tools and machinery. They also disposed of the 1,000 gallon tank that was removed. They worked well with the inspector from the town. We strongly recommend them for these type service, without hesitation or reservation.

I contacted the service and got an immiediete call back that day. The owner met with me twice to review the project as I was very concerned about the damage to the property with the removal of the tank. I was assured that they would take great care to save a tree and minimize the damage from the excavation. I also asked allot of questions regarding the process in the event they found a leak. He was extremely knowledgeable about what I should expect and answered all my questions. The permits were pulled immediately and on the day of the job his team came on time. They were very careful about damaging anything and put plywood on the lawn to protect it from tire marks. I was very impressed with the workers and in the way they handled the heavy equipment. They made all the arrangements for the removal of the tank, permits, removal of excess oil and town inspections. It worked like a charm. When they left the site was clean and you would not know that the oil tank was removed that day. They took great care to remove the tank and luckily their was no damage to the tank and we passed the inspection. I have already recommended them to others, Many thanks, David

I got the final bill and they didn't charge me for the labor to cut the wall and doorway, which took over 2 hrs, plus Tony, the owner, stayed to supervise his workers. They did a very good job and I would highly recommend them. They had purchased one parking permit for that day but there were 2 trucks since the owner stayed over 2 hours. The Parking Authority is outrageously aggressive. Not only did the truck get ticketed but also booted! It's Jersey City and you're dealing with a renegade parking authority. I figured I'd get billed for the boot and ticket, $140, but wasn't. I've been working on this 1880s' brownstone for 25 years and have seen lots of contractors... They were excellent.

The representative was there early and finished his sweep in very good time. He sent us the report right away. We were very pleased with his work.
