Absolute Contruction

I was promised several appointments which got pushed back several times. When they finally came the following day the service person stated that he did not have the appropriate tool to do the job. I was very specific about my request and I was routed through what seemed like an answering service which probably did not communicate my request. The service person continue to up sell me to replace my motor for $1,000 which was not broken and stated that I should replace my whole system for $12,000 since it was old. Not a professional company, would not recommend anyone use them. I called another company to replace my fan blade and my system is working fine.

Horribly. They showed up Friday without a ladder - late by 2 hours. Then they came later again in the day without a ladder and said they would be here at 9am on Saturday to do the work. Saturday at 10:30 they finally showed up even thought he office said they would be here at 9ish. Because of the delay we decided to wax the floors which takes one hour to dry. When they arrived the guy said he would have to come back Monday or walk across the wax floors with his dirty boots. He could have easily done the roof top work. He became argumentation and walked off. Stay away from these guys. They are fraudsters and unprofessional. Anyone else would be better
