Description of Work: I own several rental properties in my area and these guys have been my go to plumbers for years of clogged pipes. Fair in price and they always come when they say they will. I've never had a bad experience with any of the technicians either and any discrepancies were quickly resolved with a quick phone call to their office. Currently looking to have a whole house filtration/softener system installed in my own home and ill be including them in my bids. Ill update this review if I select them for the job!

Description of Work: The toilet was blocked and I felt an emergency. I called Absolute and got an immediate response with courtsey. The tech person arrived who appeared to know what he was doing. I mentioned that I was unable to unclog the toilet. He looked and suggested that the whole toilet would have to be removed to clear the blockage and it would cost me $325. But when I told him to try the snake first, he agreed and used my snake succesfully to unclog the toilet. I found out that I wasn't using the snake properly. I learned. It cost me $180 plus tax. I never had to deal with this kind of emergency situation before so I didn't know what cost to expect for this kind of service, particularly at the end of the day when everything was nearly closed. When the company found out that I was slighly unhappy about the price, I got a telephone call from them and had a very pleasant conversation with the owner/manager. I felt that they want to have satisfied customers. That was very nice of them to follow up on it.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak and did an excellent job. We gad them back to replace a faucet as we were so pleased with the service! Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Replaced copper piping and valves leading to/from Bulderus heating system and hot water tank. System had provided inconsistent heating, very noisy. We have EXTREMELY hard water, and even with a soft water system, there were lime deposits and corrosion/rust evident on the pipes. Repairman spent approximately 5 hours, drove to Elizabeth to get an additional part, and is coming back today to install that part. He also made recommendation (a) to have someone inspect system annually due to hard water situation, and (b) that we should consider (and we will) putting a metal rod filter in front of the system to collect the hard mineral deposits BEFORE they get to the system. Very pleasant, on time, communicated with us over the weekend. Expensive job but given the hours involved, fairly reasonable in terms of price for labor and parts. Please note, I generally do not give "excellent" grades out until I've observed a history of "A" level work over multiple years.
