They were professional, on time and I was confident they knew what they were doing.

. Pipe burst in my garage at midnight. I was able to stop the water but needed the pipe repaired. I called in the morning and they answered immediately. They were at my house within an hour and offered a free estimate (obviously I really needed it done and the price was good anyway) He did a good job and actually helped me with another plumbing problem I was struggling with as well. My only issue is that the pipe repair changed the angle of the original pipe. Not a big deal, but returning it to the original layout would have left the pipe flush to the wall. Now it is off the wall a little bit. Quality work and problem solved, but I'm picky sometimes. Customer service was great, prompt, quick, good price, job complete. A grade overall.

It took two days and I had to pay a policemen to close the street. This did not happen and it was costly.The problem happened some time later when mud from around the pipe came into the basement.They responded to my complaint but found no problem.My son sealed the area around the pipe and I have had no problem since.I have a very good plumber who I would use in the future.

The person that came out was very accommodating in answering our many questions and making sure we understood the issue at hand and beyond. He was familiar with the shortcomings of our town's infrastructure and how it related to our other problems. He was very straightforward in manner, courteous, professional and thorough.

The plumber arrived a half hour after I was initially told, but I did get a follow-up call letting me know and he was on time. The washer was changed and it is guaranteed for a year. I thought it was kind of pricey, but am glad it was taken care of. I dont know if they charge extra for going out on a Saturday, but it seems to be so. I would have expected it to be half the price charged. I understand they have a "minimum" but wasn't told about that in advance. I did get the Angie's List 10% discount when I mentioned it - with no problem.

Water was leaking inside my basement and wouldn't stop even when I tried to turn it off. My regular plumber was unavailable. I called A-Absolute and they promised to have a man here within 1 hour and they did. He looked at the problem and explained that I needed a new water main and they would have to dig up my lawn from the curb to my house. This was considered an emergency with the town as a permit and inspection would be needed by the town. They filled out all the necessary applications. At 7:00 AM the next morning a backhoe arrived at my house along witha crew of at least 4 or 5 men. They dug the hole to my house and the water was back on by 11:30 and the job was 90% done by 3:00 pm. They were professional, quick and very neat. They put the dirt and shrubs back as best they could. The next morning the town inspector came out and meet with a job super. & we passed inspection. This company did a very good job and I would definately use them again. Because of the nature of the emergency, I didn't get a chance to get other estimates but relied on other Angie's reviews. I was advised that this company has 40 trucks and does about 100 plus jobs per day. The staff was very polite and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

They came and fixed the pipe-had to dig up half of the front yard. They broke things and messed things all up and did nothing to take care of it. They left a total disastrous mess in my yard. They haven't been very nice to us at all. They didnt care about anything that they broke! I had 2 huge beautiful planters that I have had for 43 years and they broke one of those. They took it away and never even mentioned it to me. When we called them and told them about the mess they had left, they told us they would do nothing about it! Even the city was calling them to clean it up, and they still did nothing. I would think that the city calling them would force them to clean it up. We are having to pay to clean everything up. Then the gardner will have to come and put a whole new garden. Originally, they did waive $1500 worth of charges off of our total bill. So we appreciated that. However we still have broken sidewalk and a yard that is a disastrous that we have to pay for. I chose "n/a" for price, because I really have no idea what the cost would be for a job like this.

They were very arrogant, and unprofessional. They didn't do anything for what they charged me. They are not honest. They are not ethical at all.

I had a leak in my upstairs toilet which was coming through the ceiling. I called them and they called back within an hour, and came the next day. They were on time (actually early) and fixed the problem within an hour. They also pointed out where there is mold in the ceiling, and how to get rid of it. They were very nice, and made sure not to make a mess or leave a mess. I would use them again for any plumbing project in the future.

I like this contractor because of very clean work.

The technician was able to repair two toilets and a mal-fuctioning shower---in approximately one hour. He was prompt, efficient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.I would recommend Absolute Plumbing-Services-- to a friend or neighbor.

we called A Absolute on Sunday at 3 PM. He came over at 4 pm on the same day. Pretty impressive. The g*** coming out of the garage drain was oozing . We had heard great things about Absolute from our friends. They were NOT wrong. The tech goes to the truck, pull out one of his toys and gets drilling. nothing. He says he can call for a camera to go thru on the next day but will give it another try with another toy on his truck. He drills getting closer. Seems theres a ton of grease. The home dates back to 1913? so theres buildup! He tries and tries and finally gets it. spewing out like a geiser, he gets rags and the drain is working ! He didn't give up. The best $600 I spent. No more smelly garage drain.

Was very quick & efficient; Luis was prompt & quickly got the replacement to install.

He was arrogant and wanted to do it his way only, kind of telling me that I do not know what I talk about, I should modernize my house! It could be that he would have done a good job, I do not doubt his knowlage and expertise but it is my house and I do know what I want. I can listen to suggestions and many times I follow those if makes sense. But he was just far too arrogant. Probably with male custmers he is having a better time. I do not want to put them down. Simply it is not for me.

The plumber who came out was excellent. I had them bookmarked because they were actually that good. The plumber was straight up with us, honest and polite. He recommended one or two other things that we need to do in the future. He did not say, "I will do it right now," and that kind of thing. He was actually really really good but we only had him once so I do not know whether he would do the same again and it was quite a while ago. They were not the cheapest around but he was able to do the work efficiently so I think that it was a little bit worth it. The quality of his work was excellent.

Service went very well. They took my call promptly and scheduled service two days later at my request. He would have come the next day. The plumber called before arriving ahead of schedule. He was very friendly. The work was completed quickly at a fair price. I would recommend the company and will definetely use them again.

Matt from Absolute Plumbing has come out to our home on 3 separate occasions. Each time he was on time (they call beforehand to let you know that they are on their way) , very professional, and found and fixed the problem very quickly. He walks you through the problem once found gives you an estimate and sticks to it. We will continue to call Absolute for all our HVAC needs.

They were quite knowledgeable and they responded very quickly. Their professional behavior was excellent when they were here. I thought that their pricing was fair.

Central air not working, called on Sunday 7/7, they scheduled repair for 5:00pm on 7/8. Called them at 5:30 to make sure they were coming and was told they were backed up and would be another hour or so. Hour came and passed and called again at 8:30pm and was told they would come in another hour. Finally called at 10:30pm and canceled with them. Never once did they call me, I made all the phone calls, no apology, no communication unless I called. I can understand being backed up but be honest and say we cannot come today, so I am not a prisoner at home waiting for them for 5-1/2 hours. Just reschedule for the next day and I would not be happy but could cope with it. But never to once call me and keep saying they are coming is unprofessional and ridiculous. This was the first time I have used Angies List since recently joining and not a good start especially if they have an A rating. I am calling another company on the list and hopefully they will work out. I usually dial someone from the phone book and they usually show up, so not sure if there is a difference if I cannot rely on the review this company received. Anyway back to my 85 degree bedroom for rest. Not happy.

My experience with them was excellent. I would give them an "A+." They did a great job. They were on time. They called to say they were going to be here and they were here. They did their job and cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant to work with. It was just a very positive experience. They always returned my calls.

Promised to get the job done by Memorial Day. Two days before that date they called me to go pick up the permit and call them with the number. When I did call them they told me they couldn't do the job by the date promised. They then gave me a new start date and on the date they told me they couldn't because of customer emergencies. They then gave me another date and finally showed up to start the job and they then told me they couldn't do the job the way it was contracted for. They then suggested an alternative method at twice the price. At that point I fired them. The next day the city plumbing inspector showed up at my door to inspect the job. I told him the contractor did not do the job. I then called the company and requested a refund of my deposit which I am still waiting for. Six weeks later I finally got my refund. This happened after I made a complaint to Discover. Since that time I am getting weekly calls asking me to remove my review. He is putting words in my mouth that I promised to take this review off once I got my refund. This is not true. I never agreed to remove my review once I got my refund. I feel like I am being harassed.

I liked them. Their service was good but they're extremely expensive. For one hour they charged more than $1000. Everything worked great after that. They solved the problem, it was just that I wish they'd been a little more affordable.

They were good. The guy that came over was very knowledgeable about what to do and he took the time go over all the questions that I had. The only thing about them was that they were very expensive; I had got another quote from another company and they were double the price but the quality was good; I was happy. They scheduled to come and then they could not come so they had to re-schedule but they were a little late.
