Description of Work: There was a leak in water pipe that comes from stress junction to wall and inside house. They replaced plastic pipe with copper pipe, did a ok job but had a damage to my driveway and side walk while digging 5-6 feet trench. I got the side walk repaired by myself. Absolute plumbing came back later to fix the driveway after follow-ups.

Description of Work: Replace a pipe from the toilet that was leaking from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs bathroom. Started off rocky because the plumber was late but he did a great job and was very neat. They honored my Angie's list discount without question. I would definitely use them again.

He started to snake my kitchen sink when other companies had had the courtesy to start downstairs. A black substance started oozing all over my kitchen. He seemed to be more worried about getting his dungarees dirty than doing the job right. He also chipped my sink and only took off $25. Then they sent someone else (Alfredo) and I was very happy with the work that he did. He chipped away some calcium in my toilet to make it work better.

Showed up immediately to perform work. When a hole appeared in street where they had paved they took 1 1/2 weeks to look at it. Did not fix it when we advised that water was entering house from hole in street. Did not fix when report of heavy rain was predicted. We had to run pumps to keep our house from flooding for 2 days. We were up every hour checking water levels. They promised to show up to help pump but did show. We called over 15 times. We had to call county and town inspectors to get them to come back to fix the hole. We had to hire a Civil Engineer to help us. The owner or manager of the plumbing company was verbally abusive when the Engineer gave his opinion as to what should be done to fix the problem. This company knows how to "play the game". We just wanted to get our pipe fixed. It turned out to be a absolute nightmare.
Description of Work: Replaced sewage pipe from house to main line in street. Preventative due to roots from a nearby tree growing into the pipe.
