GARDEN STATE TILE

Worked with GSTile to find and purchase porcelain tile for our recent kitchen remodel. Marguerite was the rep we worked with, and was very responsive, and made a difficult decision as much "fun" as possible. She had good ideas, and didn't push us to make a fast decision. In fact, the store was very willing to order sample tiles multiple times over, and let us take them home, and get a sense of how they would look - and did not charge for borrowing samples. Over the course of probably 4-5 months, we finally nailed down what we wanted to do, and they look very good. Some of the tiles that were delivered from Italy were out of spec (warped more than acceptable), and the management gave me no trouble about verifying that they weren't right, and then going back to the plant and getting us free replacements for the ones that really wouldn't work in our layout. So - I would definitely use them again. The back office / purchasing folks were very helpful as well. There was one counter rep who didn't seem to make too much of an effort, but she was the exception.

Overall, everything was great. Maria was helpful with picking the colors and designs and I'll be going back here to get tile for my kitchen soon.
